I visited the dealership with my 3 kids for an oil change. we have a mall on the other side of the street. I requested for a shuttle service to drop me next door so that the kids could have fun in the mall. I waited for more than 1.5 hrs and never could get a ride. If you thought that I could have just walked across the street, my thought was with 3 kids and crossing a 6 lane street, I dont think i would take a chance. Thank you for your understanding. I talked to Dexter and with his help the situation was resolved in less than 10 min. Excellent service, I would not hold anything against this service center. More
