While it was a little more than I wanted to spend, it was much closer to my goal than the previous model. After telling him my spending goal, he tried to work with me on finding a vehicle that matched not only the price, but the value. He also managed to retrieve my sunglasses from the vehicle I traded in. The only downsides were some stains and a hole in the floor mat in the driver's foot well. John assured me that the seats would be re-dyed once the floor mats were received, which has yet to happen. However, I am writing this review within a week of purchasing my car. More
