"Good experience "

I did not have an appointment, I just walk in. Normally other dealerships don’t take walk in, or it gonna take you a long time to wait and fix. I got a recall for my car. I told the lady that i need to work at 3 and it is 27 mins drive. She was very helpful, and put me on their schedule right in that morning. I did not wait for very long time. And they resolved one of my other problems which I found out that morning. The thing that underneath my car was falling off. And I have told that I need to buy a new one to put to fix that part. But the woodie Smith found another way to fix it, so I don’t need to pay for the part or anything. It only took them 30mins for the recall checking and fixing the bottom of my car. They are fast and well done job. But one stupid thing is they make you to subscribe to their news, if you give them a review/rating.

Tayna is the best service consultant I’ve worked with. Ive gone to several dealerships, and shes by the far the best service department (manager) around. She doesnt b.s you, and she tells it how it is. Honest and fair. I trust her with her recommendations and advice.

"LOVE the Service Department!"

I can't say enough good about the Service Department at Woody Smith Hyundai! The price of the oil changes can't be beat, plus they come with a wash and vacuum. I feel like they're always honest with me about what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Plus the staff is always so kind to my kids and I whenever we come. Tanya is amazing!! The free sodas in the waiting area are an awesome extra too. I will never go anywhere else!
