We have had the vehicle in a couple of times over the last year for inspection and service. From shen we purchased the vehicle to each time we have had it serviced, we have been treated very respectively.
I Brought my car for a recall service. It was my first time at the dealership. Got lost on the way to it. Thankfully the service employee who answered the phone stayed on the phone with me and guided me through the driving direction until I got to the dealership. I really thought that was beyond their service duty. I was very impressed with it and very thankful. Also I was offered the refreshment, coffee and cookies when I got there. Overall the service was great and the waiting time was short. The service was free, so I did not have to spend any money for it.
I had two Mazda’s back to back. The only reason I did not get a Mazda again is I was looking for a change (Hope I’m not sorry). I’m sure I will be back in the future for another Mazda.
WVM is great! Always felt like they knew who I was any time I came in for service or to look at a car.

From the initial call to scheduling the appointment, the voice mail reminders of the upcoming appointment, vehicle drop off, review of work needed, shuttle service back to work, shuttle service pick up at work, and final review of service performed, WVM is a professional organization.
