While in shop I found out there was 10k worth of parts missing under car and the wrong bumper cover. 20k later car is put back together with no help from dealer. These guys are putting wrecks back together and not even close to proper. You would be a fool to even entertain buying a car here. I was! More

I knew what I was looking for but still wanted to look around. Sam was patient with me, never rushing me. We went for a few test drives until I came across one I liked. Sebastian, Sales manager step in for the final hard and long negotiation. My decision to buy from this dealership was all the personnel working there made me feel comfortable with the purchase. Happy dealership personnel reflect that atmosphere. Angelo is an excellent technician. Professional work ethics, I highly recommend him. Judge for yourself I recently contacted this dealership about one of their cars. Their Autotrader ad referred me to their website for pictures instead of posting picture I recently contacted this dealership about one of their cars. Their Autotrader ad referred me to their website for pictures instead of posting pictures on the Autotrader site, which I thought was odd, but I tried to go there anyway. Their website was down. I called the dealership and asked the salesperson to email me pictures. He said he would but never sent did. I waited for the website to come back up, looked at the pictures and called back to ask questions. A different person answered the phone, “Yeah, Hello”. I thought I had misdialed. No, it was in fact, the car dealership. We were cut off somehow, so I called back and got the same answer, “Hello”. The salesperson proceeded to tell me to look at the pictures on the website, instead of taking the time to find the information himself. He also tried to tell me that very, very unusually worn buttons (on a not that old $50k car) were “normal wear and tear”. His general cluelessness led me to lose interest in the car. I was going to write a bad review but decided to give the owner a chance. I called back and told the ‘sales manager’ I was unhappy and that I would like to speak to the owner. He was busy (of course) but did email me back. Kudos for that. He did not, however, acknowledge any of my dissatisfaction and just asked if I had any questions. I responded to his email, in a very non-confrontational tone, that I expected a little more from his people and from him and that he had lost a sale because of the unprofessionalism. This is the verbatim response I got. Judge for yourself if this is the kind of establishment you want to deal with: Nothing was explained other than you were upset over the way the phone was answered. That's why I wanted to Thank You for your inquiry and see if you had any further questions. What were you expecting? A email with shining lights & a welcome committee? Your exactly the kind of Customer we don't need. Did you ever think that maybe it's a new guy learning and you can cut him some slack. EJ told me you were upset over a phone call. We were in touch with them through email prior and they gave us all the information we wanted to know about the car. They also told us right away if there were any problems with the car we were interested in. Once we arrived, we were expected to be greeted with the usual car sales man who jump down your throat. Not these guys. They gave us the keys to view the car by ourselves let us test drive the car by ourselves. They gave us information we wanted to know but they were not pushy what-so-ever. We ended up wanting the car and they did everything they could to work with us when it came down to the price. We left very happy. Not to mention they bought us lunch. Hands down one of the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. It's a Jean and gym shoe policy there ;-) very laid back, very friendly, and quick. Took about 3 hours to purchase and complete all the paperwork. More

Absolutely terrible experience I bought a used car from EJ a few days ago. At Xmotorsport, they try to make you feel comfortable by cracking jokes, talking quickly, and being friend I bought a used car from EJ a few days ago. When I asked EJ for a maintenance report, he laughed at me as if I had just asked the stupidest question that be had ever heard. In retrospect, EJ pulled the fuse for the dashboard lights so that during the test drive I wouldn't be able to notice how much maintenance was required. He told me the car just needed a few repairs, none of which were major. This turned out not to be the case. I had my mechanic perform an inspection of the vehicle, and he told me that it would cost more than I paid for the car just to get it functioning safely. Do not trust these crooks, and certainly do not buy a car here. More

I worked with Kevin, originally looked a Mustang they had there. Kevin was extremely helpful and would highly recommend you go speak with him if you are purchasing a vehicle. Took a couple of test drives and very helpful. Next, we went in to speak with Sebastian (finance manager), he helped me about 7 months ago with going over what I needed to do in order to improve my credit and purchase my first vehicle. He was extremely helpful and gave some quality advice through my purchase. I would recommend these guys to anyone, the owner is at the location and very involved with the purchase to helping the consumer. Great buying experience from beginning to end. I will be back in a year to purchase from them again. More
