My Tahoe still isn’t fixed. My husband picked it up 3/26/24 after 12 days. supposedly the all 4 shocks, strut arm, suspension arm were out It is still making the jerking mot My husband picked it up 3/26/24 after 12 days. supposedly the all 4 shocks, strut arm, suspension arm were out It is still making the jerking motion I will be call in the morning for another appointment And the dealership will give me loaner car to get to work because the warranty for a rental is maxed out. So be expecting my call in the morning. Because I’m not happy My husband said it’s either the transmission, drive shaft or rear end going bad. Like I told them when I called and made the appointment for 3/14/24 More

I would give zero stars if I could! This dealership is awful…very dishonest and misleading. I have attached the text messages that I had with someone at the dealership. This does not include our time on the phone when I was told that there was a soft credit check ran and that 4 finance companies was willing to accept us for financing. I asked to have a hard pull credit check done before I came in which I know can be done, I explained that I would not have a down payment and I had to drive 80 miles each way and that I did not want to do so for nothing and was assured it would be a positive outcome. We were not approved, we were asked to give a down payment of $3,000-$4,000….they are liars and I do not recommend this place, they do not try very hard to help at all, we were there less than 30 minutes and the salesman was gone maybe 10 “trying” to get us approved! They are definitely not what they say they are! Please do not make the same mistake we did! More
