I was stressed out for the past two weeks because my car started having mechanical issues and I was unable to drive it. The cost to repair it was too expensive. I went online and googled used cars in the area and sent an email to Yonkers Auto Mall, inquiring about their cars and credit loans for people with bad credit. Within 5 minutes Gina from Finance called me and asked me what my concerns were and what I was looking for. I was skeptical at first but she reassured me that I didn't have anything to worry about and that she was there to help. After explaining to her what had happened to my car and my finance situation, she did my application over the phone and stated I was approved for a car. I was in disbelief and speechless! I had no way of getting there so, she told me to take a cab to the Dealership and she would pay for it. When I arrived to the Dealership I was greeted by Raphael. He was also friendly and supportive and answered any questions or concerns that I had. They took there time to show me around and let me pick the car I was interested in. Their level of customer service and my overall experience was unbelievable! My daughter and I left happy and satisfied with the car I wanted! More

My experience at Yonkers Auto Mall was seamless. It was one of the easiest car deals I have ever made, and I have owned many cars from Cadillac to Honda, Toyota and Ford. But when I did, I was surprised at the number of cars they had on the lot, and the variety of luxury cars. I also expressed to Anthony Hamawi what type of car I wanted and was surprised when he told me he had it right on the lot. I was impressed at how he immediately personalized my 2011 Ford Edge deal, and made me feel like the car was meant for me. He worked with us on the car we wanted and made it happen yes it took a few days to get it but every day he called us with an update on whats going on we never felt ignored and when the deal was approved he helped us understand every thing in the loan and got our insurance in order . Bottom line yonkers auto mall is a small dealership family owned with a very nice clean selection of used cars. But in our opinion Anthony is heart and soul of yonkers auto mall understanding welcoming and positive attitude approach is exactly what you need when buying a used car . I came to yonkers auto mall to look for car i was not sure i was going to get approved for a car loan and i was lil scared from used car dealers cuz the last one i go to in the bronx didn't refund me my sure i was going to get approved for a car loan and i was lil scared from used car dealers cuz the last one i go to in the bronx didn't refund me my down payment when i didn't get approved I was talking to Anthony i explain to him my situation and what i wanted we talk then he show me a honda accord i love very much so he promise me he can get me this car with no money down and 350 a month i was so scared he lie to me but i trust him so i said ok he woking with the other people 1 hour and he got me the car and the payment he say .
