I was looking to purchase a vehicle following an accident that totalled my last car. After shopping around a bit, I was upset with some of the sales tactics used by other dealerships, specifically requestin that totalled my last car. The experience at Yonkers Auto Mall was a great relief. Understanding that I couldn't close on a vehicle until items were resolved with my old car, they held my information. On a Friday evening, after work, I stopped by to inform them that I had my other issues resolved. They worked after their sales hours were over, finalized the financing and insurance. I was able to pick up the car the next morning. Moreover, Anthony even gave me a ride to drop off the rental vehicle that I had been using. The only minor issue that I had was slight confusion over the price. The price listed on-line is after a down payment of $2,995. It does state that on the website, but I had missed it. The price was still a fair deal and this confusion had no impact on my decision to purchase the vehicle. All in all a very positive experience. More

My salesperson was Sal Moussa who was helpful, gave me that carfax report, took me on a test drive that really allowed me to get the feel of the car, and answered my questions. Even after I bought the car, he was very helpful in getting new batteries for my car keys, and showing me how to pour in liquid for the windshield wipers. The manager, Gina, was very nice and helpful in ordering me a new battery as part of the deal since the existing battery was not good. They did not want to give me new rear tires, but that's why I had a good price, so I accepted this. Also, another manager, Anthony Hamawi, got me info on the exact cable I needed in order to hook up my iphone to the car. Also the showroom and bathrooms are very clean. The place is well run, with good staff, and I'd recommend Sal as the salesperson to work with. More
