"Watch out for the scam"

I went in for a flat tire and $400 and 2 days later I get my car back. I scheduled a 12:00 pm appointment to fix a flat. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to learn the brake pads were "worn." How they are worn with less that 25,000 miles is beyond me but we agreed to the change the pads because it is a lease and I do not want issues when returning the vehicle. What they failed to state was (1) it would take an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix the brakes and (2) they did not even fix the flat tire. Specifically, the Kia dealership did not have a replacement tire for a car they have 100s of on the lot. In the end the manager agree to waive labor fees for the fact we wasted 3 hours and did not even fix the flat and to provide a loaner car while they replaced the tire. I was told we would discuss the total cost before I was charged but in fact my card was charged even before the tire was replaced. This dealership is incompetent and dishonest. I would of been better off going to a flat fix. I will never go back, dispute the charge and report them to the better business bureau.

"Above and beyond "

I won't go into detail about my complicated electrical issue with my car but I just want say that Darlyn, Edwin and the mechanic staff went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I have always found the service staff to be professional and knowledgeable when it come to repairs and basic maintenance. Darlyn is also very professional and personable and takes her time to explain whatever mechanical issue you may have and the accompanying repair in a knowledgeable manner. PS The service lounge is amazing and extreme comfortable! Kudos to all of the service staff.

"Still scratching my head !"

I work nights, and I have a short in one of my headlamps. So I tried to see if I could be squeezed in to get them checked. A young lady starts my car and says, "They're working now so theirs nothing they can do, you have to make an appointment. Kia not a good look !

I went in for regular service on my 2016 Kia Sorento and I was very satisfied. Easy to schedule an appointment and the work was done quickly and well. Special mention to Darlyn Davis. I have a remote starter that I couldn't get to work. Darlyn personally reprogrammed both remotes. I would buy another Kia just based on my experience with Ms. Davis. Two thumbs up! "Frustrating"

I agree with the previous post . I haved financed my car pre owned 2013 Optima in 2014 year. I went into this not wanting to get an much older car to not have any technical problems. I have no accidents.My car has been stuck not able to move and has problem with leaking inside the car. I went 3 times for the leak problem inside, you will get your feet wet.That's not normal. I was told by services I don't know what's the problems where the water coming from. I did not take another foreign car for them not to know. Is very frustrating when 3 people tell you that this will the include the manager. It felt like a sense of avoidence at this point. Also I just refinance this car.Currently I have 2 years with this car in my first year it gave me the shift problem which I was stuck for this month which will be the 2nd time with this problem. Being a fulltime employee and student this take away a lot of your time.

"No Bueno "

I am extremely disappointed with the sales people here as well as the service advisors in the service department. I cosigned for my daughter and she has experienced nothing but grief. The moment I walked in that place I was skived by the presence of their staff. I felt very uncomfortable, they made me feel rushed, stressed and they spoke over me and did not let me ask questions. How was I more educated about the vehicle than the salesman. No bueno, I do not recommend. Beware with caution!
