Was there today for an oil change, and the service man explained that the prices have gone up. Three price levels, good, better and best starting at $ 110.00. I told him that’s an absurd price, to many quick oil change places for less money. I also said that maybe Clay Cooley quick paying for so many commercials he could pass that savings to the consumer. I'm not someone to leave reviews, but the experience I had was so bad I feel the need to warn others. Body shop and service department are horrible. They will not communicate with you and keep you update had was so bad I feel the need to warn others. Body shop and service department are horrible. They will not communicate with you and keep you updated on the status of the repair. When they make a mistake, there is zero urgency to correct the mistake. Dealing with this dealership has ruined my C8 experience. I was more than patient for 8 months while they tried to do a job that should have taken a maximum of 3-4 weeks...Yeah, that bad. Got my car back, they lost the floor mats, lug nut lock key, and the front truck doesn't open. Took it to another dealership to get those things fixed. Recall on Chevy Camaro and had to pay to get my car checked out. I had change stolen from my car. Whoever did it must be hurting for money. Who steals coins out someone’s car. Obviously I am sure that the horrible work ethic starts with the management. Immature, and unprofessional as well. No one should go to this dealership. One thing that I can’t stand is a liar and someone that is a thief. Some of the people that work in the service department need to be fired ASAP. If I could give them 0 stars far as reviews I would.
