We have been brand loyal to Nissan for years so when it was time to turn our Nissan Quest lease in, we went back to Younger Nissan to look for a something a bit smaller. Mike, the sales consultant, called and set up an appointment with us. He sent us specifications on two cars that we were interested in test driving prior to our appointment. Mike was prompt on our arrival and saw to our test drive of the Murano and the Pathfinder right away. He had a great route mapped out for us where we could test all aspects of the cars functionality. We settled on the Pathfinder. With other dealerships, the finance part can be the most trying. But, Mike, Nick (the manager) and Kyle (Finance Manager) made things quick and gave us a great deal on our Quest and the payment we were requesting on our new Pathfinder. We were in and out in about 4 hours with a brand new car. I can't thank Mike enough for helping us find the perfect vehicle for us. We'll continue to buy from Younger Nissan. This is our 4th vehicle purchase with Younger and I'm sure it won't be our last. More

He took his time and allowed us to make the decision on our own and encouraged us to weigh out the pros and cons of each vehicle that we were interested in. Ed in finance had everything very organized and explained our commitment perfectly. But doing our due diligence we wanted to check out a few competitors. I met Chris Curry at Younger and he was quick to help me take a look around. A great no pressure, no nonsense buying experience. I took up the information i got, they gave me their best prices based on my budget and the next day we returned to finalize the deal. Ed Beleznay in financing was great, explained everything real well and again no pressure. They asked the right questions to make sure they were providing the best product for our needs. This review is for the service/collision center. I had an accident on November 25, 2015. On Monday, 11/30/15 my vehicle was towed to Younger Nissan for repairs. Its my understanding that my vehicle I had an accident on November 25, 2015. On Monday, 11/30/15 my vehicle was towed to Younger Nissan for repairs. Its my understanding that my vehicle repairs were completed just before Christmas. But for some strange reason - insufficient paperwork and communication with insurance company, Im still driving the rental car. Because im going through divorce and needed to save money I took off rental coverage from my insurance, which means I have to pay for my own rental. Not only did this dealership supply me with a rental at $30+ a day but they also received business from me by having my repairs done there. Last week I received a very rude phone call from the general manager requesting I return the rental car, before they received payment for my repairs which would have meant that I'd be out of a car. I have been very patient through out this entire process but making me pay for this sky high rental when my car has been fixed and sitting for upwards of 2 weeks is horrible customer service. Not to mention the fact that he made a comment about how I have "second chance financing" on my car, which means I can't possibly afford a rental. how rude. I was hoping to get in touch with the corporate office but no contact information is listed for them. More
