I gave quality of work and customer service a bad mark for the following reasons. It took almost 2 hours to do oil change and tire rotation thought that was too long no body came out to explain anything h for the following reasons. It took almost 2 hours to do oil change and tire rotation thought that was too long no body came out to explain anything had to go to service advisory to see if truck was done she said its done does didnot not know where my truck is. Didnt explain any problems I have on sheet and no car wash like I normally get. Although I was not charge for tire rotation which I thank you for I thought since I waited I would be out earlier than 1030. thankyou More
I have 3 children that have bought 4 cars from Younger Toyota and they all have said how good their experiences have been. So when I was looking for a new toyota, Younger was my first and only choice. E Toyota and they all have said how good their experiences have been. So when I was looking for a new toyota, Younger was my first and only choice. Everyone I talked to were very friendly and helpful. I first talked to Tabetha on the phone about the car I was interested in and she helped me set up an appointment to see it. She also worked on getting a better price for me on the car. When I showed up for my appointment I talked with Mark Rivas who showed me that car but also several others I was looking at on the lot. He let me test drive them and then worked hard on getting the best price possible for every one of them so I could make my decision. Once I finally decided, he was great about getting the financing and all the paperwork done and getting my new car ready so I could drive it home. I would say that my overall experience was fantastic and I will highly recommend Younger Toyota to anyone looking for a car. I'm very proud to part of the "Younger family"! More

I needed service for my 2005 Prius and I was given an appointment that was convenient for me. My car was serviced on time and was ready at an reasonable time. It was also washed and had paper mat on th appointment that was convenient for me. My car was serviced on time and was ready at an reasonable time. It was also washed and had paper mat on the floor and plastic on my seat cover which I really appreciated that. I love my Prius and will continue to do business with Younger. Another thing, when I get service no one comes out and tries to sell me service that is unnecessary!! More

Bill Martin was delightful. He did not pressure my decision. He answered all questions and offered additional information as needed. Bill made the entire purchase process so easy. We've already told him we will be back for him to sell us our next car. Cheryl Taylor was also very friendly and informative. She also was not high-pressure for the additional service contract items, and allowed us to pick only what we needed. Combined, this was a great team who helped to put me into my new Corolla. I still have a 2005 Corolla with over 200,000 miles and still runnning great. My family loves Toyota and I'm confident we will return for our future purchases. More
Time frame's provided were not accurate-when a remtal car was provided it was late and a car that was different than promised. ( I did contact jason on the day after and he promised a $50 credit for the future but he has not confirmed it although he said he would). I have had my car serviced at Younger many times and I would guess that at least half the time it is promised to be ready, it is not, and has caused me to miss business appointments. The service advisor is always very apologetic but the practice of not providing the car when promised seems to be systemic at Younger? I have owned Toyotas since 1980 and plan to continue to buy them but I doubt very seriously I would do so at Younger and even though it will be an inconvenience I guess I am going to have the car serviced somewhere else in the future. If this was the first time I had these problems I would understand that some times problems occur but i have made a point of sharing with the service advisor that it has been a problem and whomever it is always promises that ti won't happen again but it does and I believe that they think an apology is adequate for a customer to keep coming back. More
This is the third car I've bought from Younger Toyota. In fact, I drive right past another Toyota dealer to get to Younger! I keep going back because since I'm a previous customer I get a no-haggle price and I wanted "Younger for Life" which gives you free oil changes, multi-point inspections and car washes for the entire life of the car, which is better than the standard Toyota Total Auto Care. I've always had a great experience with the salespeople too. I've never felt like I was getting ripped off or suckered like at other dealerships. We also liked that there were things to occupy the kids while we worked with the salesperson and decided on what we wanted. In fact, the kids didn't want to leave! More
