What a wonderful first-time car buying experience! The people at Zeck Ford were very respectful and understanding when I was shopping for my car. They understood I was shopping at several dealers, yet The people at Zeck Ford were very respectful and understanding when I was shopping for my car. After visiting said other dealers who did not make me feel taken care of, Zeck Ford listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me outside of my criteria, and I ended up driving away with a beautiful pre-owned Edge. They were pretty busy the day I purchased, as it was a Saturday, so we did deal with some long wait times, but they were very efficient when our time came to sign paperwork. They even sent me away with a gift card as a thanks for waiting so long. Overall, great experience, and special shout out to Sage, who was my personal shopper throughout the process.
