I will never ever purchase a vehicle from Zeck Ford again. We purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer that has been in service more in the 60 days than we have had it. There are $2,000 worth of repairs that the again. We purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer that has been in service more in the 60 days than we have had it. There are $2,000 worth of repairs that they won’t fix a week after our purchase. They are waiting for the OK from a manager who’s on vacation. They sell bad used vehicles and won’t back them. More

Been buying Fords from Rusty and then Zeck for 40 years something is terribly wrong. My engine light came on and called for an appointment was given one 2 1/2 weeks out. Waited and that Monday morning at 7 something is terribly wrong. My engine light came on and called for an appointment was given one 2 1/2 weeks out. Waited and that Monday morning at 700am took in F150. This is Sunday........and no one has even looked at my truck call everyday and told we are very busy and they are not friendly about it now. May have to start buying and using Olathe Ford if truck is not looked at by Monday. Where is Danny he was efficient and friendly was told he quit now I know why. More
