Finally - professionals My husband, son, and I had been searching for a car within our price range for days. We went to four different dealerships. We couldn’t believe how un My husband, son, and I had been searching for a car within our price range for days. We went to four different dealerships. We couldn’t believe how unprofessional and unmotivated the salespeople were behaving, but we thought maybe it’s being at work during a pandemic. We found a vehicle we wanted to test drive at Ziegler of Orland Park and thought “okay we’ll give dealerships one last try then we’re going to CarMax or Craigslist.” When we walked in to Ziegler we were met with smiles and helpfulness. Djamal was assigned to help us. Right away we could tell that he genuinely wanted to help us find a car in our price range. He didn’t try to show us vehicles out of our stated range. Djamal was personable, down to earth, and fought for us to get the vehicle we wanted, and to keep it in our range. He complimented our 10 year-old son, because he said the kid understood sales better than most adults, and he made our son feel important. We highly recommend Djamal.
