Great Customer Service I recently went to Racine Toyota to have maintenance done on my vehicle. Purchased a new Highlander I was looking for a new vehicle on line and found the one I wanted at Racine Toyota. I worked with Rob Meyers in setting up a test drive and getting my trade-in appraised. The price for the New Highlander Limited was as good as I could get anywhere else and the trade-in price Rob offered was more than fair. Rob was great to work with he was very professional and knowledgable in the whole process of buying the vehicle. I have dealt with several of the other Toyota dealerships in SE Wisconsin through the years and I can say that dealing with Racine Toyota has been the most pleasant experience of them all. I JUST STOPPED IN TO GET A SALES BOOK ON TACOMA TRUCKS I HAD NO INTENTION OF BUYING A NEW TRUCK TO REPLACE MY EXISTING 2011 TACOMA PICKUP TRUCK, I JUST STOPPED BYE TO GET A 2015 SALES BOOK FOR THE NEW TRUC I HAD NO INTENTION OF BUYING A NEW TRUCK TO REPLACE MY EXISTING 2011 TACOMA PICKUP TRUCK, I JUST STOPPED BYE TO GET A 2015 SALES BOOK FOR THE NEW TRUCKS. I MET JOSH FIRST AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NEW ALLOT ABOUT THE TACOMA TRUCKS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTION. THEN JASON ASKED IF HE COULD DO AN ESTIMATE OF THE TRADE IN VALUE OF MY 2011 TRUCK, I SAID SURE. THEY CAME BACK WITH A VERY FAIR PRICE FOR MY TRADE IN. I WENT HOME AND DIDN'T THINK MUCH ABOUT BUYING A TRUCK. LATER THAT NIGHT I TALKED WITH MY WIFE AND WE FOUND A TRUCK ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT WE LIKED. SO THE NEXT DAY I MADE AN OFFER TO ROB FOR THE NEW TRUCK BASED ON THE TRADE VALUE THEY QUOTED. HE CALLED BACK IN AN HOUR (IT WAS LUNCH TIME) AND TOLD ME I OWNED A NEW TRUCK. I SAID I WOULD BE THERE IN AN HOUR. ROB MET ME AND DID ALL THE PAPER WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. I TOOK THE TRUCK HOME THAT AFTERNOON . I REALLY LIKE THE TRUCK ALLOT AND SO DOES MY WIFE. I WILL DO ALL MY SERVICE AT THE DEALERSHIP. I DID MY LAST TRUCK THERE, PAUL AND ALL HIS SERVICE PEOPLE ALWAYS TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY TRUCK. THANKS RACINETOYOTA! Purchased my Scion XB -Definitely Liked Racine Toyota! I test drove a Scion xB and Toyota Prius V at two different dealerships in Milwaukee. I didn't feel extremely comfortable or uncomfortable at those I test drove a Scion xB and Toyota Prius V at two different dealerships in Milwaukee. I didn't feel extremely comfortable or uncomfortable at those locations. I decided I wanted the xB but wasn't looking forward to going back to the other two locations (Don Jacobs Toyota & Wilde). I looked online at the Racine Toyota site and was interested in the xB so I went there and had a great experience! It wasn't large like the other two stores and I felt more comfortable. EVERYONE I met there was great and I had an excellent buying experience. My sales Rep was very respectful of my time and was hustling to work w/ my time frame. The other two locations did not respect my time. My phone was synched before I left and I'm loving my Scion so far! Thanks to Racine Toyota! I have not serviced yet so I can't speak to the service department. More

Although it took time to arrange pricing, trade in the old Camry, and arrange financing, we were very happy with the final deal. LOVE my new Camry :) Thanks again for spending so much time with us. Everyone at the dealership was professional and pleasant. Will recommend to our friends. More
Don't Walk RUN! Brought my OWN oil when I had my oil changed. Labor was more than their special! They stated the remaining oil was in the trunk.. LIE! They kept it which makes me wonder if they even used it. Linda was very rude! Plus they were going to charge me 120.00 to tell me what the "check engine" code was yet Wilde doesn't charge anything nor does Advance Auto. Will never return to this dealership! NOTE: we were in need of another vehicle and purchased another brand. If I can't trust the service dept its time to check out other brands. When you purchase a vehicle, the service dept is more important as the sales dept. They need Service MANAGERS who know something writing tickets up, not advisors who rather be chatting to each other and stuffing their faces with food. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT BOZICH AND GEIGER OWN. As its clearly obvious "client relations" are not important! A simple oil change and they can't accomplish that. They stated they checked tire pressure, another lie. Which only makes me wonder if my oil was really changed? More
horrible experience I know used cars are used cars but I still bought a car and paid good money for it. They lie say they do their safety checks and they don't. You need to have a recorder on while you talk to them Otherwise they lie and won't go thru with things they agreed too. My check engine light keeps coming on they say they fixed it ...so why does it keep coming on? I try and take it back to get it fixed they can't do anything all sudden. Note that I haven't taken it anywhere else because if I do that they won't touch it. They told me the brakes were alittle rough because the cold weather and not being driven for awhile. Come to find out the rotors are warped and the pads are worn out. It clearly states in their safety check they were supposed to be checked. This didn't just happen over night. I only bought the car a week ago. Never buy a car from here again and to think I wanted to drive this car for winter and and buy a new Camry come summer. I will be going else where. Just because it's a used car doesn't mean I should be treated this way being told its a used car you only paid so and so much for it. Money is money I worked hard and paid for the car cash. More
