"Received warranty work on my Jeep"

I drive a lifted modified Jku and at Zimmer the service has always been top notch. I just took my Jeep in for some issues starting and switching into gear. The service department went above and beyond for me, making sure I was also updated along the way. This is a dealership I can trust with my Jeep and there is no where else I would take it. I used to live in Kentucky near the dealership and now have moved north of Dayton OH and it's worth it to me to drive to Zimmer to get my work done with their quality team!

"Dishonest!!!"

I took my Jeep in for a noise in the front left tire they charged 117 dollars to look at it, the said my wheel bearing needed replaced and it would cost 585 dollars. I took into another mechanic and paid 50 dollars ti replace a broken lug nut stud, problem solved!!!! They are dishonest dont take your vehicle there i have pictures of both estimates to prove they are dishonest

"Nice staff and skilled service crew"

I recently took my 2015 Dodge Journey for two separate service visits. The first was an oil change and lube. The service department promptly performed the oil change and had it ready for me upon returning from lunch. The second visit was for re balancing my wheels and tires, which was originally done by a small tire shop. The technician promptly verified the problem, balanced all four tires, and then made sure the drive it to make sure the issue was fixed. The waiting room was nice and clean and I was able to setup my laptop and work will waiting for service. One more thing to add: There scheduling is very tight, so be sure to schedule well in advance, if possible.

"Excellent communication and coordination!"

I wanted half doors for my 2 dr Jeep. Corresponded at length via email w/ Lee, who coordinated the necessary parts list with Barry. One 5 minute call to Barry later, and the order was placed with the factory. I can't imagine how they could have performed better, or could have made this process easier. I recommend the Zimmer team with confidence.

Everyone at the Zimmer is excellent to work with. Service is incredible get you in and out, also was able to work it in around my work schedule. I will keep coming back. Lee is very knowledgeable and very friendly to talk to. Everybody is friendly and will talk to you like you have been friends for years and that is hard to find anymore in customer service.

"Ripoff and Condescending"

Terrible experience with their service department. We took our Wrangler to have an oil change and the parking brake re-fixed. We took it there a while back and the brake has never held. We had an oil change package that should have covered the oil change. Instead, they quoted 49.99, which seemed like a fortune, but we were already there. The oil change package we purchased had apparently expired. We came to pick up the vehicle and were lectured about the brake, and then explained how they were so gracious to fix it and shouldn't have. Then we were charged $60 for the oil change (because our jeep took 6 quarts instead of five). I had an appointment for an oil change for my Liberty afterwards, but since my package had expired (and the have to hook it up to a computer to tell me that), I opted to go elsewhere. My liberty is now at Midas where my oil is being changed and my tires rotated for $19.99. It's always that price there. Tire rotation was offered at Zimmer for $18 extra. In summary, this place is a rip off and the service rep was condescending. I'm never going back, and probably wont buy Jeep again.

We are very sorry to hear that your Service experience with our dealership did not meet your expectations. The price for your oil change is for synthetic oil which we are mandated by FCA to use in our dealership. Hence the higher cost versus oil change shops that use conventional oil. If you price Midas, Jiffy and other company's synthetic oil change cost you will see our price is respectable. Vehicles that require more than 5 quarts of oil are charged for the extra oil. This is stated both online and on our worksheets. As for your oil change package(s) being expired these were purchased through FCA and, indeed, FCA keeps a digital record of this under your information in any FCA dealer's computer system. In closing, if you ever feel that our staff is rude or condescending at any time please bring it up to us ASAP. The last thing we want is for any client to leave without the opportunity to address their concerns right away. Thank you for your review and we look forward to the opportunity to earn your business again in the future.

The service I received was awesome! Freindly smiling Tim was helpful in making sure I received wonderful customer service! The whole service staff was beyond helpful! "Uncompromising new policy for service "

I live out of the area, but have bought 3 cars from this dealership. Up until recently have had good dealings with the service department. New policy has made me change my mind. If they can not service your vehicle when there is a problem until it is scheduled on their timeline then I no longer need to buy from them. If they can't take care of a customer who lives a distance away but has always done business with them I need to find a new dealership. If you can not take care of your regular customers you have grown to big to give dependable service. I stood by you when you lost your dealership, maybe you should remember that when you start losing customers.
