Found My Third Car Here I had lost my favorite car, Mustang convertible, in an accident a few days before I went to Zimmermans. My emotional state was not the best since I ha I had lost my favorite car, Mustang convertible, in an accident a few days before I went to Zimmermans. My emotional state was not the best since I had had the car for 15 years and she was my dream car. I had planned to get a third car, but had not made the move to complete that mission. My Mustang was totaled and I had no ride since my truck was in the shop. I had had a tiring day of car shopping and my friend who suggested Zimmerman several times since he and people he had referred had had great success. Luis was very understanding and had two cars in my price range. I test drove both and decided on the 2012 Toyota Camry without the fancy bells and whistles. (I am not a fancy techie person.) The service people replaced the battery with a new one, put on new goodyear tires, fixed the back brakes, replaced a worn hose, then detailed the car. The finance department compared interest rates with my bank and found the cheapest rate for me. I feel like I made an excellent purchase and will have many good years with my "new to me" car. The only reason I did not give Blake in finance a excellent rating is because he said he would put the papers of the car and loan in the glove compartment for me, and the forms were not there. I will have to go back to the dealer for the papers. Otherwise--Ask for Luis--he will do you a solid without pressure to purchase. I will check back when spring comes and I am looking for another fun car to replace my Mustang. More

He has a naturally outgoing personality.and though, by his own admission, he was fairly new to the job, he took care of us, more than satisfactorily, and found for us the car we liked and ultimately purchased. His mentor, Aaron Miguel, provided excellent assistance in order to close the deal. He made us and I believe P.J. feel comfortable as we began the negotiation process. Being a former teacher and high school principal, I was attuned to the fact that Aaron left P.J. alone to work with us up until it was time to begin the negotiation process at the end. Then Aaron appeared to assist him and us. My wife and I were very impressed with both gentlemen. The management staff at Zimmerman Honda is to be commended for hiring and hopefully keeping these men on your sales staff. Aaron obviously is well-seasoned and quite knowledgeable. P.J. is just a beginner, but obviously has learned a great deal in the short amount of time he has been with you. Both of those men have excellent people skills. We left yesterday with a new car and very good feelings about how well we were treated. We thank P.J. and Aaron for showing us respect and dignity. My wife and I shared many laughs with P.J. while we were together. Bravo to him, to Aaron, and to your management. It is obvious that management has prioritized the importance of training sales staff that it is critical to build and ultimately maintain a relationship with customers. A few days later a drove up (an hour away) to see and test drive this vehicle and the very next day I was driving away in that vehicle!
