I looked for and found through the website the car I was hoping to buy. I then Contacted their Internet sales service by email, which they kindly responded promptly with answers to all my inquiries. Once I was satisfied with their answers to all my questions, I made a simple appointment to visit the dealership. Sales Personal Vanessa Lager, had the car ready for me to look at and test drive upon arrival for my appointment. Vanessa, in any way she could made sure I was understanding everything about the car(s) I was test driving. Her product knowledge, her understanding of my own budget concerns, made buying a new car extremely easy. Zimmerman Honda's staff did everything they could to show me, how, I would get the car I wanted, plus stay within my budget concerns. Once I said yes to the NEW CAR with sales rep Vanessa, finance Agent Aaron Mielke, introduced himself. Aaron, proceeded to do a tremendous job explaining, what, why and when all the numbers that come along with buying a NEW car would mean to me. Consisting of, but not only - The trade in value of my car towards the new car, my monthly payment agreement, how we agreed to the final price, what other options ( which were optional ) were available to me through the Honda programs. The numbers were put forth in a very relaxing manner to make sure, once again I understood exactly what I was buying. One final note, this was all finished well after closing hours. Vanessa and Aaron spent the extra effort and time after hours to simply make sure, I was extremely satisfied with my decision before I drove off in my new car. I was promptly contacted by Marty, who set us up an appointment to come in and test drive one. Marty let us drive the car, explaining all the great features as we went. I wanted to see and compare additional units which Marty did. My husband and I chose to go for the new Civic Hatchback. Marty got us a good price and Blake was able to find us financing that we could afford. Marty demonstrated all the great features, programmed our settings and linked our cellphones. We were able to go home in our new car the same day! I love my new car. The mileage is great and we have received my compliments on how nice it looks. Both of the cars I've purchased were low-mileage, used cars and I really felt like I got a good deal on both. Marty is fun to deal with, easy-going, no pressure and that's what I like. Blake made the finance process easy as it could be and we laughed through the entire transaction. But seriously, Zimmerman, get that guy a new printer! Poor guy had to fix paper jams about 5 times.
