Had I written this review in January it would have been a different story. This is the 2nd car I have bought from this dealer. The 1st was totaled when I was rear ended. All in all, at the point of purchase for the 2nd vehicle I was reasonably satisfied. At the time, I was told to expect a check in a few weeks for the refunded extended warranty I had on the 1st car. Long story short, it is now mid April and I have been reassured countless times that the check is on its way; that they will get back to me soon; that they are working on it. All contacts have been initiated by me, and now the finance guy seems to be ducking my calls. It is now 2 hours since my last call. Was told they would get back with info soon. I don’t know what the deal is, but my next stop after writing this will be the BBB. I’m guessing I’m not the 1st person to deal with this.

Told me “They Don’t Work for Free” and kicked me out. No wonder rapeltons are Getting sued for scams and forcing fees down your throat or kicking you out. It’s All over the news. Google it. Will be calling the attorney General.
Service was prompt and all the items included were explained before the work was done
