I went to the location for an oil change and was told I needed a new battery. When I told the service lady my battery was a month old she then told me she needed to check again with the mechanic. An hour later she came back and told me my battery was fine and my paperwork was mixed up with another customer’s paperwork. Yeah ok! I don’t think so they were probably trying to pocket money and would have never replaced an already new battery. Won’t be going back to this location ever again.
Francis B Koroma came to me with an approachable attitude that read "I am here to help". Throughout the process he has been nothing but professional and enthusiastic. My processs was smooth & enjoyed the staff at Hyundai who were warm & welcoming. Thank you Hyundai for another great experience🙂.
This location greeter was awful. She made me feel like she was trying to pick a fight. I answered her questions as quickly as possible. I was told they were busy, and I would have to wait three hours. I said I have no choice. I informed her that I have a indicator on in my car stating the radar is blocked. I let her know it comes on as soon as I start driving the car about quarter mile. I was told some one would look at the problem and may have to schedule an appointment. I informed her my lights did not work unless they were in low or high beam. I had to go inquire about my car. The representative said let me check, he called me over to were my car was being repaired. I was told the light I am referring to on come on when the car is in auto. I said that is not true it was working when I first got the car. One of the service rep. came over to explain, but he was disrespectful and talking down to me and making me feel embarrassed. I demonstrated the difference in the lights. I explained the light worked when I first got the car. I was told, I don't know what I'm talking about and go back to were I brought the car so they can explain to me. I was told they didn't see a light on in my car. I stated, you have to drive it for a few minutes so it can come on. They put in the paperwork that everything was fixed. This was my second time at this location. The customer service was totally different. The believe this will be my last.
Called dealership today to ask the ePrice on a specific Stock number (068934). Was told since it is a "rare" vehicle the ePrice is full MSRP PLUS $5000. Great way to alienate a prospective new client, willing to purchase across State lines. Sour first impression. Your loss, gentlemen.
