Great at sales, bad at service. Tread carefully. Huge run around by Steve. Johnson, service manager with all but one email replied to. They flipped out a rear fender with an unpainted OEM one, did a bad paint job on it and it failed. Steve failed to follow up on the case number given and proceeded to let me play piggy in the middle between RAM and his dept. No RAM won’t cover a replacement bumper not disclosed under the CPO. RAM was clear it’s Bald Hills responsibility. You know were to find me Steve. I gave you notice over 3 weeks. Step it up as manager is a title given to people who manage other people - you failed.
