What Others Say

They were able to fix the issue with my car in less than two hours

Very professional, and my car is well taken care of. Very much appreciated.. i’ve come here ever since I got my car.

Everyone is always extremely pleasant, informative and the waiting area is comfortable. There are never any unwanted surprises.

Dylan “Dilly” was incredibly unprofessional. We arrived at the store at 5:30pm and they closed at 6, so understandably the whole experience was rushed. When we came back from the test drive and my husband said we were interested, but didn’t have time to test all of the features and couldn’t make any decisions, Dylan pushed back saying “well I assure you that this is a car dealership, we’ve checked all of the features or we wouldn’t be selling this car.” This was after telling us that the car was new on the lot and hadn’t been serviced and needed some touch ups. Then when he asked about trade in, my husband told him he was wanting around $10k for my 2018 Toyota Corolla which is the KBB value for the condition it is in. Dylan offered us $5,000. Our vehicle has some minor cosmetic damage, one of which is the bumper which we told Dylan we had already paid for and it just needed to be taken to the shop and put on next week. Dylan said that there was a gap in the trunk that “would not be fixed by getting a new bumper.” My husband’s father owns a certified collision repair shop, so we know that the problem would be fixed. The clips are just not secured properly, which my husband explained to Dylan. He spoke to us in an extremely condescending manner and seemed to be practically rushing us out the door. He also said the the minor dents in the passenger side panel would cost $2500 to repair, when we have already been quoted at just $1000. Knowing that they do their repairs in house, there’s no reason it would cost $2500. The car has absolutely no mechanical issues, has been serviced every 5000 miles, and is in fair condition. The whole experience was terrible and I would never recommend this dealership or salesman to anybody.

Very courteous and helpful from Chris the sales person and Deezy Jackson the finance manager I would have no issues recommending them

Number one in Columbus Ohio without any doubts best in show and service with a smile.
