Denise was one of the nastiest people I have ever dealt with. She should be working at a Walmart as a cashier! One would expect a refined employee from Lexus. Not the case here at this dealership. And was this Charles first day one the job? Absolute flakes, nasty and unprofessional! No thank you!!
Unsatisfactory service department. They do not provide updated information on the progress of your car’s service and do not provide an itemized estimate of service, The service department charges top dollar and has no appreciation of its’s customers. Upon picking up our vehicle we were treated as if we were a bother. After five days of having our car, with no communication, we finally picked up our car which was not even washed and detailed. We do not recommend the service department!
Carlos at Lexus of Smithtown was knowledgeable, courteous and patient throughout the 8 months while I narrowed in on a vehicle. Most importantly, he was honest, never even uttering a misleading word. Tara the inventory manager was also helpful, as was Salman the sales manager.
I had a great experience with Lexus of Smithtown, Evan was honest and upfront with everything which made the purchase of my first Lexus a pleasurable experience. From Evan to the finance department and everyone that assisted me, I highly recommend this dealership.
I commend the wisdom of Lexus of Smithtown for promoting Salman Umar to General Sales Manager at Lexus of Smithtown. When I had concerns with a newly leased vehicle he proved to be an active listener and then provided available solutions to my concerns. His people and managerial skills are outstanding.
Evan Roth was the person that took care of me when I called. He is a great asset to Smithtown. He went out of his way to answer every single question I had. I found him very knowledgeable and very personal. I was amazed that he followed up to make sure that I was happy and if I had any questions not to hesitate to call him. I would rate him a 10.
