Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience, as they are a very costly investment, and you want to leave the dealership with no reservations about your purchase. Have used this dealership for our previous Volvo’s service, but this was our first time purchasing new from them. Heather Neville was amazing to work with and truly felt like she was working for us to get the best deal. Worked very hard to get us a specific XC-40 we were looking for, and eventually came through. Knew everything about the car in and out and had all the answers to our questions. The day we picked up the car she had everything lined up for us and her and the team at Portland Volvo made it quick and easy. Great experience and will buy all our future Volvo’s from here.
