Eddie tells people to give him a good review after they buy the car! Literally while you're sitting there closing the deal he begs for a great review! Don't trust Shannon motors they're trash ask any of your family or friends how bad this companies reputation is!

Brad was super helpful making my purchase easy! He also sent Ubers to me in order to get to the dealership! Edy made the financing easy and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with a down payment!

Do not ever buy a car from these people. They are a scam. I just bought my second car off of them and it is like fighting with high school kids for something that you pay for. The employees are so disrespectful and then they want you to pay them all this money for them to just keep ripping you off and ripping you off. I am looking into legal help to help me with this situation because it seems that not even their owners have control of what happens in here. I am so sad and that I traded my car with them and got a new one. It was the worst decision of my life and I will do everything I can to stop anyone for making the same mistake.

I’ve had the worst, first car buying experience ever! DO NOT BUY/LEASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! They prey on people with bad credit and no knowledge of shady contracts. Finding out I don’t “own” the $6k car that I’ve basically paid almost $16k for and I have to pay another $3k to “own it”. They are deceitful and harass you at a day’s missed payment, and at the end of it all they’ll try to suck every last penny out of you! Claiming some DMV law that is non existent! Their customer service is non! This type of thievery has to be illegal! They’re lying to my credit saying I make monthly payments when I make weekly ones, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This place is awful. I regret even going to Shannon Motors. For starters they sold me a 2010 that has had a recall on it that was never fixed. It’s going to need a whole new engine so now I’m stuck with it. Furthermore I’m trying to get out of this vehicle, I still owe $10,000. The car alone is worth 6000. My car payments are almost $500 a month. I could have a brand new car for that I suggest never going there.
