This was all a bad deal with miscommunication all around. on my part and there's.
Even with the pandemic, they were great. Very accommodating around busy schedules. Probably the easiest experience buying a car I've ever had. Just picked out what I wanted online, let them know and it was smooth sailing from there. Great team.
My parents have bought several vehicles from Jeff Green and bragged about his professionalism and strongly encouraged us to visit with Jeff about purchasing a vehicle. As usual, my parents were right. Jeff was AWESOME and helped make our decision about our purchase easy and pleasant. Thank you Jeff! I encourage others to GO GREEN!
Skyler was knowledgeable and patient with my many questions, and he showed me all of the fancy controls my Ford Edge Plus had on it. He took me through to process very well, and allowed me to step away into another room while I figured out my "own finances" to see if I would be able to afford it..... I don't know how long he has worked for the company, but I hope the new one that took over will pay him well. Please share this with them. The new ownership must know that he is a Gem, I know the new owner may not know him, and it will take some time to get to know him as an employee. Skyler was respectful and sweet, patient and also had a sense of humor, all three of these can be important while dealing with certain personality types in his field. Carmen Everhart
This was my first time purchasing from a dealership, and I was very nervous.. but Jenna and Jeff went out of their way to make this process so easy for me. Every question was answered, they were extremely patient with me, and overall the entire atmosphere made me feel so relaxed and confident in my decision to go here! It is very obvious that they all put the customer first no matter what!
Brian went out of his way to help me buy my car! He brought it up to me in Lincoln for both the test drive and when I purchased, I even signed the paperwork from the comfort of my own home. Great customer service!!
