Our sales rep, CJ Thompson was wonderful. He was friendly and professional and took time to explain all of the features of the Subaru Outback to us. We found him very easy to work with and enjoyed his comfortable sales approach. He also had great follow-up after the sale.
Our sale rep, Jonathan Brown-Cox was very easy and pleasant to work with and he answered all our questions and explained everything very well. Working with him through the car descriptions and price negotiations went extremely well. Conor Kuhnau then carefully considered our concerns and helped us craft a purchase agreement that was acceptable to everyone. He was very knowledgable and considered our concerns with the upmost care, We then proceeded to the finance office to complete the sales documents. There we worked with Nathan Whey who quickly completed and explained the documents needed to close the transaction. Any details or questions at this point were quickly handled and answered by either Conor, Jonathan, or Nathan individually or as a team. This teamwork made this entire car buying process the most pleasant buying experience ever. Other dealerships should take notice and do the same. A Huge "THANK YOU" to everyone.
