Awesome experience. Lydia Atmore (salesperson) and I have successfully completed a purchase each time that I have dealt with her. Johnny Deturris (sales manager) worked the deal with me and went above and beyond to reach my goals. John Denton (finance) had all the paperwork ready to go when I met with him and the deal was completed without any surprises as he continued to look for savings till the completion. It was a slight complex deal that ended with me being happier than I expected. Truly I have prior and new friends at Toyota of Gallatin and highly recommend that you go see them and look up these fine folks that I mentioned and pleasantly surprised as I am.

Initially we came to Toyota of Gallatin to have some extensive service performed on our 2010 Avalon clearing in March of 2016. Everyone there was very helpful and so accommodating, that we ended up not only having the Avalon serviced, but we bought a 2025 Toyota 4Runner “ Trailhunter” hybrid that is incredible! Our sales person, J.R.Perez, was the catalyst for this purchase, as he shared his extensive knowledge of the “turbo” powered hybrid engine, it’s fuel efficiency, inclement weather drive-ability; safety features, and up-to- date technological advances. Who knew?!!!J.R.knew. We are so excited with this purchase: owning a vehicle that will last us for the remainder of our driving years, providing us with every possible option for traveling: off - roading, accommodating passengers, making trips in comfort and luxury, without excessive costs,due to the hybrid’s technology, while also enjoying that sporty, 4-Runner experience! J.R.’s expertise and enthusiasm for this vehicle proved too much to resist!
