Caveat Emptor! Explanation for Rating is on Google Review. Here is an update on the Ford SUV she purchased. My daughter had the SUV 4 months only and muffler broke. It was completely rusty. We checked all features of vehicle before purchase. Who would have thought to look under vehicle the condition of muffler. Did the dealer know about the condition of muffler? Absolutely! Yet, they sold the vehicle to my daughter with the muffler in such bad shape. My daughter has 4 kids. She could not drive the SUV for 3 months because she did not have the money to replace muffler. The muffler replacement cost $2100.

My experience was exceptionally good despite the fact I've been previously mislead with my bill however under the people who used to own the koons ford dealership. Despite the small hiccup I had an amazing experience thanks to Yami Villmari she was very professional and highlighted areas that helped me understand how my bill was generated.
