Awesome fast, friendly and transparent sales. I visited several dealerships before being told to visit the best Toyota Dealership in the country. I wasn’t sure why until I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and over the phone and via text. I made the deal over the phone. They offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse and I signed documents online and purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra Limited iMax Mega. They washed and filled up the truck for me. I drove 1 hour to Pick the truck up that was outside and up front awaiting my arrival. I signed a couple more documents, payed my down payment by check and was out of the dealership in 45 minutes! 30 of those minutes was Shawn Castillo (our awesome salesman) showing us everything about the truck! If you want a pleasant fast friendly straight forward car/truck buying experience, don’t go anywhere else. Go to LONG TOYOTA, El Monte. Best in the business by far. Proofs in the numbers

Jimmy Phan was the best! He was helpful, not pushy, and provided upfront pricing that stayed the same without crazy markups. He was informative and made my experience at Longo Toyota feel seamless. Everyone was awesome and helpful especially Lizette she was the best, knowledgeable and friendly. She really cares to give the best deal and to help her customers unlike other Toyota locations I’ve been too and they didn’t help much. So happy with my new car and the deal I got. Thank you Lizette
Staffs are very friendly and courtesy, Especially Max Hernandez his customers service is excellent. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. After my car service is done he attempted to call me few times and left me a message. Also texted me to ensure that I get the message. So I can come pick up my car.
