I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. All of my past appointments have been great but also free as part of my three year courtesy maintenance plan. The service went quicker than normal and I have pay which was no problem. I signed the paperwork and left the dealership as I was driving, I noticed the air levels in my tires had not changed. My front driver’s side tire had been at 30psi and the other three tires were at 35. I had been meaning to put air in the low tire but didn’t because I knew I had a scheduled service. The same tire which was in the same position and had not been rotated nor aired up. I turned around and went back to the dealership and they fixed the issue. It should not have taken two trips to the dealership to get this done! More

I hate buying new vehicles. This was the best experience I have very had. No pressure at all. They encouraged us to take the vehicle home and drive it. After we bought it, we had problems with a bad battery. They hoped us with that. My only negative would be that the salesman didn’t call and check on how we were doing with the car afterwards. More
