Dan and Joseph displayed professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. There were many people ahead of me to meet with Bill. I was leaving for the weekend and really wanted to have my new vehicle that day. Dan expedited my paperwork and when he realized that the financials would take even longer he prepared the necessary paperwork so I could use a dealer plate for the weekend. Exceptional customer service!!! Joseph is a new employee and I was actually his first sale. He was kind and gentle and I hope he is able to keep that quality with the pressures of working as a salesman. He followed up with me over the weekend and confirmed my appt. on the following Monday via text. I met with Bill on Monday and he remembered me from last year not just as a customer but remembered my work I do in the world. It was lovely to actually have a genuine conversation as we also attended to the paperwork. I really appreciate the quality of caring and service I received at Toyota. I initially communicated with Richard Defusco online to comparison shop and found this dealership the most competitively priced for a 2018 Toyota Corolla. The individual I was emailing answered all my questions asked in my multiple emails.
I visited the showroom and was helped by Tom Rosenthal who was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and patient in describing all the new technology available on the vehicle.
Tom Blanchette suggested an alternate way to finance my vehicle which resulted in a savings to me.

Three words I could use to describe the process would be: quick, painless, and straightforward. We worked with Sharon, who was amazing and extremely friendly. The best part was that there were no gimics - their prices online were the same as when you went in person, unlike other dealers. I had completed the financial application before visiting, and Sharon was prepared with options and the numbers for each when we got there. I communicated via phone and email with Evelyn the internet sales manager, she was extermely patience with me. Sent me a brochure of both the Camry and the Rav 4. to compare. We even discussed New VS used. Evelyn went threw the inventory with me via email and phone. After 2 weeks of talking back and fourth with Evelyn and finally making a decision. I decided to come in. I called Evelyn she book and appointment when I arrive she came out to greet me and set me up with a sales rep who help me and took me on a test drive. I walked out THAT day with a brand new Camry! Sarah Showed mer how everything worked in the car. She took the time to pair my phone and iPod with the bluetooth. When I left the dealership, I was able to use the car and know how everything worked. I even left my garage door openers in my trade in.
When I left the dealership she tried to call me on my phone and when she could not reach me, she mailed the remotes to my house. She was pleasant to work with.
