This is the second RAV4 that I have bought from this dealership and both times have been a pleasant experience. The 4 staff I worked with were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and low pressure. I feel that I paid a fair price for the new car and received a fair trade-in price. I have also used this dealer for service for the past 8 years and have always been pleased with it.

Purchased a 2017 Tacoma at Toyota of Wallingford and had one of my best experiences ever purchasing a vehicle. In sales, I had Joe Felton guide me through the buying process. I can't say enough about Joe, he's extremely friendly, courteous , and professional. I felt no pressure in the buying process with Joe. Sales manager Dan Roberts also helped me with my purchase of the 2017 Tacoma. I told Dan exactly what I wanted and he delivered. He does not joke around when it comes to finding exactly what I wanted in such a short amount of time. Dan takes a lot of pride in what he does and it shows. I also have to give a shout out to Rob Rypsc in finance dept. Rob is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable closing the deal with Rob and I also loved his energy.

I arrived this morning at the Service Center with possibly a problem tire. One tire had lost a lot of pressure within a 18 hours. Mark Anderson responded quickly and followed through with diagnosis and recommended solution. I will return on Saturday to have tire replaced.

At Falmouth you can expect a straightfoward, honest approach to sales. They understand and practice legitimate negotiation and employ none of the nonsense and hucksterism you may find at other dealers. Moreover they do more listening than talking and in my experience that's a rarity in auto sales. It was actually a pleasure to buy a car here even though you may not think that possible! :-)

Fob battery replaced, disc player not repairable, needs replacement. But for $1500, I decided not to replace it. Cassette player and radio still work. I do regret the six CDs stuck in the player, though...

I noticed a specific new (2018) vehicle listed on the dealership website and had decided to go to this dealer and purchase that car. I asked friends of mine which salesperson they had dealt with and they gave me his name. Fortunately, when I walked into the dealership, that person greeted me. I said that I was there to check out a specific vehicle on their lot and potentially buy it on the spot. The salesperson listened to my intention and suggested an alternative: a very similar (really the same in almost every respect) vehicle that had been returned and was now being offered as a certified used vehicle by the dealership. Although the price was less (model year earlier - 2017) than the one I intended to purchase, the salesperson made sure I was aware of all possibilities. I perceived this action on the salesperson's part to be indicative that they are dedicated to customer satisfaction and not to maximizing the amount of a sale.

The process was easy, our sales rep was informative about all the different products, options and discounts. Financing was easy and the service department is efficient. No charge of course, but they also replaced a tire valve cap, which I requested, and didn't charge for that either, and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. So not only was the repair free, I came out ahead. Their multi-point inspection (also free) uncovered a few things that need to be done. I have my own mechanic, and they did not try to get me to have them do it instead, just told me to give the report to my mechanic. Everyone was pleasant. I did have to wait about 10 minutes to check in, but that's the only thing that wasn't perfect.

I rarely write reviews, but today I am making time in my busy day to be sure people know about the extraordinary care and service at Toyota of Watertown. They're just that good.
Most of my adult life I have avoided dealerships for my car care. As a younger woman I took care of my car maintenance myself, changing oil, filters, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap (yes, long ago!). I knew that good service could keep a car alive and well for hundreds of thousands of miles, and so I always treated my cars very well.
Because I knew the basics, I also knew that generally speaking getting service at a dealership would mean being treated as a number in line, and my car being shuffled through by mechanics who may or may not have been around for very long. I knew that "car guys" and Consumer Reports always recommended independent mechanics as the best way to get specialized and personal service.
When I moved to Boston, I tried finding an independent mechanic, but after trying a couple, and having very limited time and energy, I ended up at the Toyota of Watertown purely because it was nearby and I needed an oil change. I expected that I'd take time later to find an independent.
It's now been seven years, and because of the way I am treated and the way my car is taken such good care of, I have never bothered to find that independent mechanic. The staff and mechanics at Toyota of Watertown exceed my expectations every time I am there!
The service manager, Kamel, is especially helpful, kind, and makes sure that things go smoothly and fast. He is a pleasure to work with.
I can't imagine ever needing to take my car anywhere else.

We were at the Mazda dealer first and waited so long to talk to someone we left and went to Toyota. We were greeted right away an immediately handed off to our sales person Joe Baribeault. He was wonderful every step of the way and really made our experience a great one. The business manager Mike really worked hard to get me into the car. My credit is only so so, so I know it wasn't super easy for him. Overall great experience and all personal were knowledgeable and friendly.

Best Car Dealership Experience Ever! - Happy Buyer
After so many bad experiences elsewhere, I always get a queasy feeling when going into a car dealership. I was looking at a late model used car, and I was on guard for all the tactics I've seen in the past. Dan was definitely not the bad stereotype of the car salesperson. He was polite, candid and just a regular guy. Absolutely everything was above board. He even told me they couldn't do better on financing than the rate I found elsewhere. Throughout the process, there were no tricks or bait-and-switches. They did offer me an extended warranty, but they took no for an answer. In short, not only would I buy from Riverhead Toyota again (I live in Queens), but I am already recommending them to my co-workers.
