Andre made the entire experience from start to finish a breeze. I went into the dealership knowing I wanted to turn in my 2015 RAV 4 and get into a new lease. I also knew I wanted another RAV 4 but had a few very specific requirements. Andre was very attentive to those requirements as well as my budget. What topped off the wonderful experience was that Andre came into the dealership on his day off to get me into my new car at a time that fit my schedule. After several unsatisfying forays to other area dealers I had a super experience with a no "sillyness" deal on a beautiful 2017 Tacoma 4X4. Finally scored the elusive stick shift. Ended up with more do-da's than I would normally want, but it was all part of the deal. Thank you Tee! Thank you Dana for making the finance part doable and reasonable.

Fee wasn’t paid - Squish8480
We were told by the sales guy that the lease termination fee would be covered if we bought another car from hoffman Toyota. It clearly wasn’t and haven’t heard anything back from Hoffman ownership. We just got the fee in the mail from Toyota for $350. We just want it taken care of. We were also told that the remaining lease payments would be taken care of but they didn’t cover them all. I had to call in and get that fixed a few months back which hurt my wife’s credit as they didn’t make the last payment. My family buys a ton of cars from hoffman but I think that’s going to change.

2016 Highlander becomes very darty when driving in windy con - Highlander
We have a 2016 Toyota Highlander that is very very darty in windy conditions, the steering is very responsive and drives good under normal conditions but when the wind starts blowing you better pay attention the steering is so sensitive and light when the wind pushes and you need to correct I find that you over correct very easily. I think Toyota need to program the electric power steering to become stiffer at highway speed to help prevent over correcting in windy conditions.

My experience with them is that they have been quite reasonable in regard to servicing my vehicle. No negatives at all. I've never felt like they were trying to gouge me for more money unlike the dealers for my past vehicles. I no longer have those other vehicles because my service experiences were so poor. I'll probably add another Toyota soon.
