When I spoke with Steve twice about buying a vehicle from Acton Toyota , I felt like I wasn't talking to a sales person , but a knowledgeable person who was trying to help me . You don't have to worry about him using sales gimmicks or conniving practices to sell you a car. He's honest , straightforward and lays everything out in front of you. I plan on coming back to him in the future and looking into buying a car for one or both of my daughters.

Just took delivery of my 2018 Toyota RAV4 and could not of had a better experience! Working with Issa Naalbandyan was excellent! He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the vehicle - I would recommend him to anyone! With the help of Sam Tetreau, Tomi Tsitsos, Christopher Stockert and Dyan Hoang, I was able to be in and out of the dealership in less then two hours and take delivery of my vehicle the very next day! We had a hard to diagnose problem with "cell phone echo." Although the problem took 3 visits, and no tech bulletin to address, the dealer has been persistent to repair, including replacement no cost to us, of an expensive "head" unit. The echo now appears to have gone away and a possible root cause (entune configuration) has been identified which may lead to less time consuming diagnostics and less expensive repair procedures for other customers.

I lease a Toyota Rav 4 from another Toyota dealership which is not local. My routine maintenance was due and my inspection sticker was expiring this month. When I called the service office at Prime I was offered an appointment for the next day for back-to-back appointments. I was taken right on time, read a book while I waited and the tech came and got me when the car was all set. Everyone is pleasant and punctual.

When I arrived there was no one like when I always arrived and they gave me attention. There was only one boy later that when he saw me he came to where I was and said something light and moved the bus and put it on a side that did not even know what was happening. That's why I gave them three stars.

Service advisor Grant Gonzalez was a great help every time I go in to service my van. He gets me in and out within the time he tells me. Place is clean and there are refreshments for the customers to enjoy while waiting for their car unlike some other car dealers, you have to pay for the refreshments.

This car dealership sets the standard for a positive car buying experience. I was in contact with several Toyota dealerships in the Massachusetts area, and this place stood out right from the beginning. I spoke with Kevin, the internet manager, regarding the purchase of a Toyota Prime Prius and he was extremely informative of the availability, as well as the pricing. Speaking of pricing, the deal that Kevin gave me for the Prius Prime was out of this world amazing!
I then came into the dealership and spoke with Nick, a sales consultant, who was extremely helpful with the car buying experience as this is something I am new to and made sure that I understood everything that I was doing during the purchase phase as well as the documents that I was signing. Additionally, he was very helpful walking me through the car features as well as setting up what I needed to set up to be on my way.
Lastly, I worked with Paul, the business manager, who walked through the final purchase contract and was extremely transparent with the pricing and the profit that Toyota Lexington makes with their pricing models and all of the additional features. This is not something I have ever experienced at a car dealership and the honesty was very appreciated!
