I usually don't give 5 star ratings to anyone but this dealership deserves it. I had a horrible experience at another dealership and when I called, Mike Pinto (he actually answered his phone) and I explained my problem, he was kind, patient and understanding. He not only made my transaction smooth he insured the salesman I would work with would be a perfect fit for me, and he was. Mark Atkinson, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, (and he actually answered his phone as well). Mark took great care and time going over every feature of my new vehicle. He made sure I understood each new feature. He was sure to remind me to call, text or email him anytime with any questions I might have. My transaction took less than two days and the finance paperwork with Matt Gledhill was smooth with no pressure sales tactics like some dealerships. I am recommending this dealership to all my family and friends and anyone looking to purchase a Mazda. I look forward to servicing my Mazda with North End Mazda for the life of my vehicle because of this Team.

We just purchased a Mazda 6 through Lannan and could not be happier with the entire experience! Gary went out of his way to make sure this was the right car for us, and we could tell he really cared about making sure we were satisfied. He was extremely informative and accommodating from start to finish, and has made himself available even after the sale to answer any of our questions. We really appreciated this considering how much of a hassle buying a car could be elsewhere. I would highly recommend Gary and Lannan based on the high level of customer service to anyone considering purchasing a car.

Best Experience with getting a new car I have had so far! I am sure there will be any more to come as well, I will only be coming to Werner Mazda from now on. David, Rich, and Jay were all amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient and fast, in a good way, not once did I feel like they were trying to rush me out the door. PS. Whoever thought buying a new car with your toddler with you would be so easy!

As you would expect from a family owned dealership, the staff at Tulley Mazda were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions while purchasing my used vehicle. As the title of this review states I purchased the used vehicle at a very reasonable price. What I believe makes Tulley Mazda stand out among other dealerships is their customer service. The day I picked up the vehicle, I had discovered that there was a nail in one of the tires when I arrived at work. Without question Johnny K the sales rep I worked with told me to bring it into their service department and they would take a look. Unfortunately, the tire couldn't be repaired and required replacement. With the help of the Sales Manager John and the service department I was able to get a new tire put on the vehicle that day!
