I've purchased a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships over the years, and these guys stand out as top notch in every way.
Mark Atkinson, from the get-go, was helpful and informative. Jason and Mike were up front and totally reasonable about the price of the car and what they were going to make, etc. Never once did we feel pressure on anything. They barely even tried to sell us extended warranties and the like. It was more of a "just so you know, these are some options available".
And the whole experience was customer service from beginning to end- even after the sale when I had some complications with the bank and whatnot (nothing to do with the dealership). Mark even offered to be there anytime to go over all the car's features with my daughter, who we were purchasing the car for. (she was not able to be with us when we picked up)
Oh, and they actually let me drive a Miata... which most dealerships won't let you do... and so I wound up buying one. So, within two weeks, we bought two cars from them.
I also chatted a bit with the guys in service (Zach and Rob), and was amazed at how informed, interested, enthusiastic and helpful they were.
Really can't say enough. Great dealership. Great people. And I'm super picky about this kind of thing.

My experience at Wellesley Mazda was by far the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership! In my lifetime I have purchased nearly a dozen cars from folks where I spend most of my time dodging the hard sell and double talk. So when I walked in to Wellesley Mazda, I was prepared. Fortunately for us, our salesperson, Adam, an engaging, incredibly smart, and knowledgeable young man, greeted us and shockingly talked about the car, gave us a test drive and no hard sell. I left the dealership knowing that this was the car for me (bye bye to Lexus and BMW). Yes, Adam followed-up, he answered my questions, he was available and responsive. What amazed me the most about this experience was the dealership culture. Adam is an intern, a college student. The leadership at the dealership trained him and let me meet prospective buyers and negotiate the terms of the agreement. No hard sell; No back and forth; and No bait and switch. As a parent of recent college graduates, I especially appreciate an organization that is willing to work with students to help them develop the tools needed to join the workforce. I wish Adam well as he goes back to college and appreciate his efforts to make this a great experience. In addition, I would like to acknowledge Krystal from the business office. She was very patient and efficient in managing the paperwork in preparation for delivery. The delivery process was very smooth thanks to Matt Marshall as well. I will certainly be recommending this dealership. If I could give Adam, Krystal and Matt a dozen stars, I could!

Car dealerships are always a pain, but Liberty Mazda has always made it easy. I've been here multiple times for service and never had a problem, and for the first time, buying a car here, it was quick and painless. Albert was the absolute man, making us laugh and being straight to the point, the best salesman we've had in forever. I definitely will be going back.

My Mazda was due for its 6 month check-up. Made the appointment but wrote the time wrong so arrived 2 hours early. "No problem" I was told and my service was done in an hour. As usual Werner was the best.
