As a plus, got a call this morning advising me that the correct part was significantly less than originally thought. John processed a credit against my card.

I usually dread buying a car but I had such a great experience at Bernardi that I had to share. The customer service was above and beyond. I felt like a VIP. It was actually a fun experience! Brian, Sinan and Amanda were super knowledgeable and so helpful when it came to showing me the van I was interested in, helping me through the trade-in and purchasing process. They just took care of everything. The financing process was also seamless, Monique was informative and helpful instead of pushy and pressuring. It was just all very easy and I appreciated that so much. I’m loving my new vehicle and will definitely go back for any future vehicle needs!

Service is consistently awful. Service managers Harley and Frank do not return calls or follow up with customers. Convenient location but still not worth it. Lied to my face and said they brought my car to micorp to fix the automatic starter but when stopped working again 3 days later I dealt directly with micorp and Boch lied and had never brought the car there.

Most of the times changing my oil it'll take about an hour or two but this time it took almost 6 hours. They always asked me if I wanted to change my tires but keep in mind, I just bought it about two years ago so it's still pretty new. Today I spend 6 hours in the village and asked them plenty of times when my car was going to be done, they always replied with "It'll take 3-4 hours". ALWAYS THAT ANSWER UNTIL IT ALREADY TOOK 6 HOURS. They wouldn't let me talk and say why I needed the car to be done faster, instead the guy just continued to blab his words out and giving me attitude which was not very friendly.
