Love my corolla - Happy girl!
I had my first corolla for 17 years, time for an upgrade and went to DCH and had the pleasure of dealing with Hany in 2016. I had an accident on May 11th and the Corolla was totaled. I went back and purchased another one in May and loved it. On June 4th I was at a stop sign waiting to turn and was rear ended and that Corolla was a total loss. I now had to purchase another car and of course wanted another Corolla because after having two totaled and not any injuries why would I want another brand. I went back to my favorite DCH and my favorite Hany was not working. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason Carroll and then when I came back today I had my guy Hany again. I highly recomend both Jason and Hany. I really liked the fact that Jason stepped up and helped me and then stepped aside to let me work with Hany. I can't say enough about either. Both very helpful and I recommend both.

Howie was very welcoming. Haider was great in showing us all the different models we were considering. They were even great at dealing with a hyper 3 year old boy. We came in to explore and ended up with a Toyota Prius Prime, which I had never even heard of before. It was excellent experience overall.

This car dealership sets the standard for a positive car buying experience. I was in contact with several Toyota dealerships in the Massachusetts area, and this place stood out right from the beginning. I spoke with Kevin, the internet manager, regarding the purchase of a Toyota Prime Prius and he was extremely informative of the availability, as well as the pricing. Speaking of pricing, the deal that Kevin gave me for the Prius Prime was out of this world amazing!
I then came into the dealership and spoke with Nick, a sales consultant, who was extremely helpful with the car buying experience as this is something I am new to and made sure that I understood everything that I was doing during the purchase phase as well as the documents that I was signing. Additionally, he was very helpful walking me through the car features as well as setting up what I needed to set up to be on my way.
Lastly, I worked with Paul, the business manager, who walked through the final purchase contract and was extremely transparent with the pricing and the profit that Toyota Lexington makes with their pricing models and all of the additional features. This is not something I have ever experienced at a car dealership and the honesty was very appreciated!

I had a really great experience buying my new car from westboro Toyota. I knew what I wanted as far as the model but other than that I was all over the place. My product specialist, Bryan Carney, was more than helpful with explaining the differences to me. He really listened to what I needed in a car and made an excellent recommendation which I went with. When it came time to pick up the car he spent a lot of time explaining all the different features to me and showing me how each and every one worked. He was also very prompt in answering my questions weeks after buying the car. I’ve also had my service done there for my new car and again I was very impressed. They were quick and courteous. The waiting are was large and they had multiple TVs to watch as well as free WiFi to use while you waited. I’ve recommended this dealership to my friends and family and I recommend it to anyone else who is looking to buy a new car.

How would you like being told that you can't afford a car, or told that you won't be able to get the same ( Good ) deal on a lease as 3 years ago? Nothing like being insulted and treated rudely. Not just one day but two, where I was disrespected. Well, returned my leased Camry and certainly won't deal with the their attitudes ever again. Went elsewhere and have a new 2018 Camry CAR V6 4dr sedan w. White exterior and the new Red Interior, and All the bells and whistles. Not bad for 16K vs. IRA Toyota's 32K. So happy!
