I visited the Sales department this past Saturday, May 4, 2019, late in the afternoon, to look again at the new Civics and met John Fitzpatrick and Oscar Caicedo. Both John and Oscar were very knowledgeable, genuine, sincere, and very helpful with answering my questions with purchasing versus leasing. John. Oscar, and Ben were fantastic and made everything very easy for me. I picked up my new leased Civic yesterday, May 6, 2019.

After purchasing my previous Honda Accord back in 2016 at another dealership in NJ I told myself that this would be the last time when I buy a Honda because of the bad customer service that I experienced at that dealership. Recently I found a 2017 Accord advertised online, so I decided to pay a visit to the Both dealership in order to see the car. Since I previously owned one, I knew this model very well. I spoke with Joseph Thomas (salesman) and he gave me a good deal on this car, so I decided to buy it. I was treated very well as a customer and I am very happy with the purchase. I just want to add something: even though I said before that I will never buy a Honda again due to previous poor customer service experience, sometimes a salesman (Joseph in my case) makes all the difference in making the customer reconsider his decision.

Do not go to Balise Honda of West Warwick. They use bait and switch techniques to get you in the door with sales prices they cannot honor and then change the price of the vehicle once you are at the dealership.
Horrible sales experience. The general manager Peter Boursiquot failed to respond to my complaints about the sales techniques used. Will be going to the Better Business Bureau and attorney general to make a complaint.

I wanted to purchase a set ot tires for my late model Honda. Along with the set of tires I wanted to schedule a 4 wheel alignment. After visiting all of the tire outlets in my area I decided to make my purchase at Turfankjian Honda of Plymouth. Not only was their price for the tires and alignment much lower than all the others I felt confident that the 4 wheel alignment would be performed correctly and according to factory specifications.
Service Advisor Arthur J Hapenny AJ was knowledgeable and courteous and genuinely interested in meeting my needs. My service appointment was scheduled at my convenience and the work was completed correctly and on time. AJ kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle throughout my visit. At one point he apologized for a delay with the 4 wheel alignment because Service Technician Andelo Debon wanteed to take his time and be sure his alignment adjustments were perfect. That was music to my ears. I knew then that I had made the right decision to have my vehicle serviced at Turfankjian Honda of Plymouth.

Sold me a "thoroughly inspected" car that had numerous issues when inspected by a mechanic 2 weeks later. From simple stuff like "completely clogged air filter" that any mechanic should spot, to things being actually broken that makes you question how they got that car inspected (warped front rotors, worn pads).
Also never got the car cleaned, as was promised many times, but I guess that kinda pales in comparison to the glaring safety issues they're fine ignoring for a quick sale

Prime Honda has a great Service Department. They listen to your car concerns and direct you to the intake technician. Once the analysis is done they clearly explain the results. If more work than you anticipated needs to be done they prioritize the most important service. This helps so you can budget for the next service.

Difficult to deal with - Doghouse
Made an appointment online. Arrived timely only to be asked why I didn’t call for an appointment as was their preference. Asked me to leave my car overnight despite the fact I only needed to have a quick diagnostic due to “check engine” light. Clerk couldn’t understand why I #1 made an online reservation, #2 why I couldn’t leave car overnight, #3 didn’t I see how many cars they had waiting to be serviced, #4 next appoint available for checking a “check engine” light would be in 14 days. I sat in their lot, made a call to Boch at 11:15 a.m. and was asked if I could make their next appointment at noon! Arrived and was greeted like family and received quick service!! Ocean Honda.....goodbye.

I have been looking at cars for several months and the process had been overwhelming, as it was my first purchase. After almost deciding to wait a while to lease, I decided to give Majestic a chance. I emailed Katrina, the internet sales director, and was pretty clear on what I was looking for. She confirmed the availability within minutes, and set up an appointment with sales person, Barbara. When I walked in, I was greeted by everyone in the dealership and felt very welcome. I sat down with Barbara to discuss preliminary pricing and she made it clear that she was going to find something to fit my budget. After test driving, we crunched the numbers (very quickly) and her and the sales manager worked together to put me in a 15k mile lease at the lowest possible price. I truly felt as though the sales team would not let me leave with a monthly payment I could not afford. After signing for the car, Barbara and Katrina sat with me and helped me talk with my insurance company (for a couple of hours), and probably the most difficult part of the process. Barbara was excellent and her customer service does not end with the sale, as she willing to help with all follow up questions and used her personal number to follow up with me. This has been the best customer service experience I have gotten anywhere, and will definitely get my next car here!
