I stopped by this dealership as family and friends had recommended the Hyundai Santa Fe. Mr. Tartaro greeted me a friendly, but professional manner. He listened to me describe the type of car I was looking for, and then proceeded to find the model that best fit my needs. He was very familiar with the product and was able to demonstrate the features in an easy to understand manner. Tony was very easy to work with. At no point did I feel pressured or that I was being "oversold". He was very accommodating and his followup was thorough. I would highly recommend Tony and the dealership.

I worked with Mike McShane who was very helpful - spent a lot of time, showed me all the features of the car, and was very responsive to all of my emails and calls. I shopped for the car using Truecar.com. Another dealer came back with an offer that was $1400 less than Boch Hyundai. Boch eventually agreed to match the price. I bought from them because they are closer to my home than the other dealer, and also because of the salesman being so helpful. However, had the other dealer been closer I would have bought from them since they offered the better price right off the bat.

I was looking to buy a suv and saw one online at your dealership. It was a 2019 Santa Fe with 19k miles for 21k. Great deal. Chatted online with a rep asked questions etc. went into the dealership yesterday - drove it. Liked it and was ready to buy it on the spot. Sales guy came over with the price and it was $24k. Of course I was taken aback. They explained I needed to read the fine print, every dealership does this.
Well every dealership does not do this - I bought a car from Newport Hyundai - in and out in 2.5 hours. Excellent experience and I was treated with integrity.

I was called by Greico Hyundai to have a recall done. I scheduled the appointment and the repair was done with no cost to me. Cory helped me with the paperwork and led me to the new waiting area. Repair was done and they even washed my car.

After moving to the area a few years ago, we started going to McGovern Hyundai (originally Bernardi Hyundai) for service on our 2010 Tucson. For the first few years, our experience was great, but recently things had taken a turn for the worse in the service department. After a string of visits to deal with a specific service issue, a new issue started that we were told was just a coincidence, and after 2.5 hours waiting for a diagnosis, after we were told they are extremely busy due to the closing of another dealership in the area and the absorption of a number of new customers, we were not happy with the recommendation provided. We were then asked if instead, we'd be interested in purchasing a new vehicle. This wasn't something we were immediately considering, so they said they'd take pictures of our car and call us with an estimate for a trade in. Well we still haven't heard back from them, and so we are moving on.
