Just took delivery of my 2018 Toyota RAV4 and could not of had a better experience! Working with Issa Naalbandyan was excellent! He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the vehicle - I would recommend him to anyone! With the help of Sam Tetreau, Tomi Tsitsos, Christopher Stockert and Dyan Hoang, I was able to be in and out of the dealership in less then two hours and take delivery of my vehicle the very next day! I called and set up a 5000 mile service on my new tundra. I spoke with Dan Prescott who listened to my concerns, and work to be done, and he set my service appt up and Mark Whitman did the service on my vehicle. Both men were very professional and all work was done in a timely fashion as promised, and even a recall I didn’t know about was taken care of during this appt. I would recommend the service dept at McGee to anyone.

Jes was exceptional in helping me with my new car. He explained the different trim lines for my 4runner. He did not pressure me at all. Once I decided what I wanted, he guided me through the purchase, trade in and financing. Jes took care of everything in a professional manner. He told me what paperwork I needed to bring and he did the rest. I went to three dealers before Bristol Toyota and my experience was awful at each one. Place is clean and there are refreshments for the customers to enjoy while waiting for their car unlike some other car dealers, you have to pay for the refreshments.

Was hearing a noise under the hood thought it had something to do with ac. Had it checked found it was the alternator. Had extended coverage so Jon Medeiros did the leg work calling the company, getting the inspector to come to Toyota of Dartmouth to check the car b4 work could be done. Jon did all that, kept calling them till they got there & also kept us well informed about what was going on. Jon is a very conscientious and friendly young man who takes his job very seriously. I recently bought a vehicle last month from Grieco Toyota. I have bought many vehicles and Grieco Toyota is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a practically brand new vehicle with only one sets of keys (very expensive keys) as it is a push start and wheel locks on the vehicle without the wheel lock key. I had bought the vehicle with the understanding that it came with the 2nd set of keys and wheel lock key. It has been over a month now with the dealer not helping at all fix the situation. The used vehicle manager had promised to get me these items and then to find out he left the company and the general manager said he would not honor this since he left. Grieco Toyota's general manager spoke with me in a very condescending way and promised to call back a half hour later to solve my issues. After having to get Toyota Corporate involved at least three times the general manger or anyone from Grieco Toyota has reached out to get my the items due to me. Beware do not do business with this dealership. Very shady dealership with poor customer service.

On 7/31/2018, I traded in my vehicle and purchased a used vehicle from TOS. There were several things that were “not right” about the whole ordeal but the worst was in the finance department. Abed Mensah, the Business Manager was very sneaky and shady when I was completing my paperwork for the sale and the loan. While sitting with him I found many figures that were incorrect on the paperwork when he handed them to me to sign. Needless to say, he had to reprint the paperwork at least 3 times. A few weeks went by and I applied for a AAA credit card and was denied. When I asked why they told me I had 9 hard Inquiries on my Transunion credit report between 7/31/2018 and 8/3/2018. If that isn’t bad enough, two hard inquiries were after I signed all the paperwork and took possession of the vehicle on 7/31/2018! The 9 hard inquiries are now on my Transunion credit report and until September 2020! This has negatively effected my credit for the next 23 months!!! No wonder why my salesman quick his job the next week!

Om 10/06 I had a 10:20 AM service appointment for my 2018 Camery rental. I arrived on time and was checked in . Given a pager and asked to wait in the lounge . At 11;30 I went to the desk to inquire as to how much longer would have to wait . Was informed 30 to 0 minutes longer .
This I believe was way to long and most inconvenient as I had other things I needed to do . I believe they way over booked appointments to make money at our expense.
Went in for an alignment, left with a melted axle boot. - Corey
I would look elsewhere for repairs to your vehicle. If there is any issue whatsoever, they will not take ownership of their wrongdoing and accuse you of setting them up. After taking my truck to get aligned it left in worse condition than it showed up. The tech, Advisors, or even the General Manager would not own up to their mistake and wouldn't do anything about it. Over an $80 alignment that didn't actually align my truck, nor a $100 axle. Discovering an issue after my truck was "aligned" I brought it up with my service advisor and he was very quick to blame me for the issue, lying about the tech utilizing heat to free a tie rod during the alignment, I can only imagine wasn't paying attention and melted my axle boot which was directly behind the tie rod. After I noticed fresh axle grease all over the right side of my truck, the SA also said "The tech noticed it before" but not only was it not brought to my attention, I wasn't even recommended a fix, or solution for what would be a freshly torn axle boot that the Tech would have undoubtedly brought up because it would have been virtually dripping as he performed the alignment. There was no multipoint inspection performed despite my invoice stating it did, and then another employee chimed in stating that they put that on every invoice whether or not they are performed. The GM then told me "This sounds like a setup, I'm done talking to you." Being a service member I really don't have time to scam a dealership out of an axle and a free misalignment. Especially after trying to cover my own xxx, and over a <$200.00 part. I'm incredibly disappointed that from top to bottom they aren't truthful about their practices and won't alleviate the issue to make it right. My brief experience has proven to me that I have no faith in the service department, or management to do the right thing or tell the truth about something so insignificant.

We came to Route 44 Toyota by way of a TrueCar referral (They're the 2nd's closest Toyota dealer to us). We felt we were treated much more fairly here than the other dealership we visited, with more respect and less of the stereotypical car sales schtick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Route 44 Toyota, and specifically Brian Olson to anyone shopping for a Toyota in the area.

Would never go back. Spent three hours talking with Ray and when I started asking about price, he said, "I don't do that. You talk to the finance guy when you go in the room." Finally got into the room and that guy thought we'd already made a deal. More waiting while they go find the sales manager. We agree on a price, shake on it, start filling out paperwork and he comes back into the room and says, "I'm sorry, I just can't do that price." We'd already agreed and started the paperwork! He apologized and said he'd be happy to sell me one model lower for the price we agreed to. I agreed to a nicer car at this price, why on Earth would I accept a lower model for the same price?? He asked if he could call me later to talk about another car and I told him he could (why not, never hurts to hear what they have to say), but he never called. Total waste of my time and absolutely no credibility, accountability or morals. If you want the stereotypical "shady car salesman," this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
