I knew exactly what I wanted and emailed the specs to Coby. He replied with a PDF of the sticker of a car in stock that exactly matched my request. We emailed back and forth several times settling details, and arranged a time to meet at the showroom. When I arrived he had the car near the door so I could easily look it over. We then sat at his disk, and had a lot of laughs as we sorted out the paperwork. Car buying was easy with Coby, and quite a bit of fun too. I am not making this up, it really was an enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend Falmouth Toyota.

Love my corolla - Happy girl!
I had my first corolla for 17 years, time for an upgrade and went to DCH and had the pleasure of dealing with Hany in 2016. I had an accident on May 11th and the Corolla was totaled. I went back and purchased another one in May and loved it. On June 4th I was at a stop sign waiting to turn and was rear ended and that Corolla was a total loss. I now had to purchase another car and of course wanted another Corolla because after having two totaled and not any injuries why would I want another brand. I went back to my favorite DCH and my favorite Hany was not working. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason Carroll and then when I came back today I had my guy Hany again. I highly recomend both Jason and Hany. I really liked the fact that Jason stepped up and helped me and then stepped aside to let me work with Hany. I can't say enough about either. Both very helpful and I recommend both.

We had a very good experience buying the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. As soon as we walked through the door, Deni Misliu was there to greet us. He was attentive as we described the car that we had come here to purchase, and he was accomodating to all of our needs and helped us nail down the car we later purchased. After Deni helped us find the car, we worked with Issa Naalbandyan for all the next steps. He succinctly explained the warranties and went through all the facts about the car, and he let us know he was available if we had any further questions even after we left the dealership. We left this dealership feeling confident in our purchase.

I was in a tough spot. My old car needed far more repairs than the car was worth and wasn't safe to drive without them. The service team at Girard Toyota in New London gave me a rental car, regardless of whether I bought a car from them or not. They cared about my safety. I looked at multiple places for several days. The sales team kept me in mind for used cars that came in to them. In the end they came up with a 2010 Toyota Matrix that was perfect for me. The buying process took a long time, but they were kind, considerate, and professional. They listened, met my needs, and gave me a good deal. Buying a car is always hard, but they made it as painless as possible. I can honestly say I had fun talking to everyone I met there and I have the peace of mind that I now have a solid, reliable car.

I had a really great experience buying my new car from westboro Toyota. I knew what I wanted as far as the model but other than that I was all over the place. My product specialist, Bryan Carney, was more than helpful with explaining the differences to me. He really listened to what I needed in a car and made an excellent recommendation which I went with. When it came time to pick up the car he spent a lot of time explaining all the different features to me and showing me how each and every one worked. He was also very prompt in answering my questions weeks after buying the car. I’ve also had my service done there for my new car and again I was very impressed. They were quick and courteous. The waiting are was large and they had multiple TVs to watch as well as free WiFi to use while you waited. I’ve recommended this dealership to my friends and family and I recommend it to anyone else who is looking to buy a new car.

I purchased a used car here back in April and the sale went okay until they sent me to the finance guy Abed. He kept pushing to sell me the Toyota extended warranty and was telling me it was only $20 more per month. That sounded pretty low so okay. Well when I saw what I really paid it was a xxxx of a lot more. When I signed all the papers he hid the sales agreement that had all the figures on it as i signed it. Then quickly folded everything up and placed everything in the envelope. After I got home i was looking it all over and noticed I was paying well over $2500 for the warranty plus $700 for a tire warranty that I told him I didn't want. Make sure you see what your really paying before you leave this place. Don't believe them. They play numbers games to make things sound cheaper then they are. I wont go here again because they are shady. Buying a car should be a fun experience but they made me feel like i was robbed. I was able to get Toyota to cancel the warranty but it was a bad feeling until I received the refund.
Went in for an alignment, left with a melted axle boot. - Corey
I would look elsewhere for repairs to your vehicle. If there is any issue whatsoever, they will not take ownership of their wrongdoing and accuse you of setting them up. After taking my truck to get aligned it left in worse condition than it showed up. The tech, Advisors, or even the General Manager would not own up to their mistake and wouldn't do anything about it. Over an $80 alignment that didn't actually align my truck, nor a $100 axle. Discovering an issue after my truck was "aligned" I brought it up with my service advisor and he was very quick to blame me for the issue, lying about the tech utilizing heat to free a tie rod during the alignment, I can only imagine wasn't paying attention and melted my axle boot which was directly behind the tie rod. After I noticed fresh axle grease all over the right side of my truck, the SA also said "The tech noticed it before" but not only was it not brought to my attention, I wasn't even recommended a fix, or solution for what would be a freshly torn axle boot that the Tech would have undoubtedly brought up because it would have been virtually dripping as he performed the alignment. There was no multipoint inspection performed despite my invoice stating it did, and then another employee chimed in stating that they put that on every invoice whether or not they are performed. The GM then told me "This sounds like a setup, I'm done talking to you." Being a service member I really don't have time to scam a dealership out of an axle and a free misalignment. Especially after trying to cover my own xxx, and over a <$200.00 part. I'm incredibly disappointed that from top to bottom they aren't truthful about their practices and won't alleviate the issue to make it right. My brief experience has proven to me that I have no faith in the service department, or management to do the right thing or tell the truth about something so insignificant.

We came to Route 44 Toyota by way of a TrueCar referral (They're the 2nd's closest Toyota dealer to us). We felt we were treated much more fairly here than the other dealership we visited, with more respect and less of the stereotypical car sales schtick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Route 44 Toyota, and specifically Brian Olson to anyone shopping for a Toyota in the area.

Would never go back. Spent three hours talking with Ray and when I started asking about price, he said, "I don't do that. You talk to the finance guy when you go in the room." Finally got into the room and that guy thought we'd already made a deal. More waiting while they go find the sales manager. We agree on a price, shake on it, start filling out paperwork and he comes back into the room and says, "I'm sorry, I just can't do that price." We'd already agreed and started the paperwork! He apologized and said he'd be happy to sell me one model lower for the price we agreed to. I agreed to a nicer car at this price, why on Earth would I accept a lower model for the same price?? He asked if he could call me later to talk about another car and I told him he could (why not, never hurts to hear what they have to say), but he never called. Total waste of my time and absolutely no credibility, accountability or morals. If you want the stereotypical "shady car salesman," this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
