Despite some difficult conversations w/ the service manager, I am compelled to write a review to recommend the team at Falmouth Toyota. My experience with other dealers made me skeptical and annoyed after receiving a fairly large estimate of required work following the completion of the frame replacement program. I have since verified that Falmouth Toyota provided a very fair and accurate assessment of my car and that the work they did perform in replacing the frame was first rate. Maureen, who handles the loaner program, was excellent and made every effort to accommodate my needs and desires around providing alternative transportation during the several months that my car was being repaired. I will use Falmouth Toyota in the future and seriously consider them for a new car purchase in coming years.

I have leased multiple cars over the years from this wonderful dealership. They are professional, courteous, and helpful. Marque Hoenig has handled many of my leases and I find him a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and is happy to lay out the different options on leasing various models. He understands my budget and is happy to work within it. No pressure at all - the opposite, in fact. A couple of years ago, one of my leased cars required getting hand-controls installed by a third party installer, who I had found to do the work. Marque offered to take the car over there and pick it up when the work was complete. This time around I wanted to get different floor mats for my RAV and Marque and the manager, Dylan Hoang were happy to arrange for it. When I went to pick them up another manager, Tomi Tsitsos, saw me as I entered, invited me to sit, and quickly located the mats that had been ordered. All-around pleasant experience!

Stefania D'Amato was very helpful answering all our questions by phone, and emailing info and quotes very quickly regarding the car we wanted. We purchased our car for a great price, with incentives and Toyota rebate.
We met with Kevin Chan for our test drive. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a great sales person. We were dropping off a rental car in Boston and Kevin went out of his way to deliver our new car to the rental office so we did not have to make an additional trip to the showroom.

Not kidding. I had just finished an oil change and was waiting for the car wash, a the guy comes around the corner and sees me. He pushes my hood down. This is also the same the place that spilled cleaner on my leather seats. The safety latch should have held it, My way out was via the highway.
What worries me about errors like this is that these are the ones I can SEE. What did they do with things I can't see? The overall quality control was poor. I now drive down to Newport to that Toyota dealer. When it was Premier it was amazing. Now its Langlay and I am not that impressed but they still seem decent enough.
A minor things was the person at the counter made me wait in line while he had a wonderful conversation, I think it was about the fire department. I felt like I was bothering them. I don't believe he was a customer.
I do see lots of good reviews. I hope they are really from people and not just created by the dealership. I did buy the car there. The car buying part was fine.

Went In to look at car I found online guy named Dave beaupre he was the worst salesperson I've seen in over 40 years of car buying he was rude disrespectful and wouldn't show us the car we came in for and every time I'd try to talk he would talk over me and even went as far to talk down about the place he works for told me go head and call my boss I'll be gone anyway??? I only hope no one endures what I went through when trying to spend money which I eventually did but had to drive an extra 30 minutes

My car was involved in an accident. Needless to say, I was devastated. I went to Langway and ALL of the staff I encountered were so helpful and friendly. They put my mind at ease. I obtained a rental car without any issues at all and I had an overall wonderful experience. The woman who took care of me when I first walked in was so nice to me! She made me feel OK after my terrible experience. I don't remember her name.

Would never go back. Spent three hours talking with Ray and when I started asking about price, he said, "I don't do that. You talk to the finance guy when you go in the room." Finally got into the room and that guy thought we'd already made a deal. More waiting while they go find the sales manager. We agree on a price, shake on it, start filling out paperwork and he comes back into the room and says, "I'm sorry, I just can't do that price." We'd already agreed and started the paperwork! He apologized and said he'd be happy to sell me one model lower for the price we agreed to. I agreed to a nicer car at this price, why on Earth would I accept a lower model for the same price?? He asked if he could call me later to talk about another car and I told him he could (why not, never hurts to hear what they have to say), but he never called. Total waste of my time and absolutely no credibility, accountability or morals. If you want the stereotypical "shady car salesman," this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
