My experience was overall excellent. The salesperson Carlos was knowledgable, friendly and very willing to assist without being pushy. I felt he had my needs in place over his. The closing went a bit awkward and I believe the Business manager may need some help as he didn't seem to really know what would happen if someone came in already pre-approved. He had me fill out a new application and my credit was pulled again. Either way, I got the car I wanted and although it took a day longer than expected, I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

I have been looking for a vehicle to start my car service with. Searching online through carfax, craigslist, and then dealer websites. I found a low mileage Rogue with a new body style. the next morning I was at the dealership I had purchased from Nissan before and knew the info i needed to have them pull it up in their computer. If you see it online, bring the stock number in with you and they pull it right up. thanks to Katrina, within 5 mins I was on the test drive with it. then 2 days later, I was back in the dealership buying it after getting the payment where I needed it. They also got me 2500 for my versa trade in. all in all, you cannot beat a trustworthy dealership, or a trustworthy salesperson.

Keith was a great salesman. Even traveled to Massachusetts to deliver needed paperwork. Facility is bright, clean and comfortable. Only beef is with the finance person. Made mistakes which created hassles when it came to registering the car. We understand he’s no longer with the company.

Stopped in here after my first visit to a different dealership was a waste of time. Met Matt when I first walked in. Told him what vehicle I was looking for and he promptly brought it out for me to look at and take for a test drive. After the test drive, I sat and after a couple back and forth numbers we came to an agreement. Matt was easy to deal with and very professional. When I went to pick up my vehicle (which was on his day off), he had it gassed up, cleaned, inspected, temp plates, and ready to go. Paperwork was quick and easy to complete.
Overall, one of my better experiences buying a vehicle.

I usually don't leave reviews but I purchased a mid size SUV at Route 111 auto sales in December and was pleasantly surprised. This was a pleasant experience with no pressure like most used car dealerships. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and all the cars come with a 1 year warranty and it does not cost extra!!! I was looking for a used car, and to be honest I was terrified about buying one, but after having my previous car totalled by a deer, I didn't want to get into a car loan. Wholesalers Unlimited made it so easy and to my surprise they had a great selection of good used cars. After my purchase I went on a cross country round trip, in my new to me car. An added surprise is all the compliments I get about my car.

The office was nothing fancy, but they have a pretty nice inventory. Mike was the sales associate that showed me the vehicle I was interested in. No pressure very relaxed process from start to finish. After the sale had a couple of minor problems that were corrected immediately with out any attitude like I've had with other small dealers. I bought a car with the car fax from this place. Owner was personable, degree in financing I believe he said. Car was $5995.00 I put down half in cash, financed the rest. I put a total of 13000 miles on it. During that 13 months I drove it I had to put almost a thousand in cash out for repairs, even with the GWC warranty. 14 months into owning the car the transmission blew on the highway. It sat in Ct for 3 months while I still made payments and insurance payments. Only to finally pay it off (3k) to get the title and I just sold it for $800 in cash. Underneath was full of rot, anything he told me was straight xxxxxxxx. Stay away

I bought a Honda Passport there. It's still running great. It was in good shape and I got it for a good price. They give you the option of buying warranties, for 3 months or more, even on older cars, which is a nice feature.

found one of their ads on craigslist. went to check out an suv they had listed on there. very shady from the start. the guy taking care of me kept mentioning how the suv needs nothing, he’s driven it a bunch of times to run errands, it’s close to perfect, etc. 5 minutes into checking out the car, i notice it has a cracked taillight, a cracked windshield, center console has a panel that was all bubbled up, also its a “clean” title car but has some obvious body work done in the rear with some overspray to cover it up, and brakes pads and rotors for sure needed some attention. which was the complete opposite of what the sales guy is telling us. every time i mentioned something to him it was a followed by “that’s an easy fix, it’s normal for a used car”. price was not negotiable whatsoever, even after pointing out all these obvious defects. taking into consideration it was also priced higher than kelley blue book. they offered to fix it all and get it ready for us since we were interested but kept asking me to put down a deposit multiple times so his manager can know i’m “serious”, also mentioned that if i changed my mind after i put down a deposit he can definitely refund me. that they do refunds on fridays. the next morning after checking out the car i decided to back out and gave them a call. they basically told me that they already started fixing the car and that is non refundable. mind you i was checking out this car at 7pm at night when they closed and i gave them a call at 10am the next morning. they are basically using my deposit to fix the car for the next buyer. anyone going to this dealership i’d be very careful. they talk up a big storm but their words never match the paperwork. is not the first time they screwed customers out of their deposit and it won’t be the last. check out any car they are selling to you thoroughly and make sure anything they need to fix is in writing, word of mouth is a big game to these guys. some of their cars need a lot more work then they tell you. read the fine print with these guys.
