Great dealership and great employees - Billy
This is the second time I've purchased a car from Ryan McGuire. He's the sales manager(?) at Seacoast Mazda and was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who had purchased a few cars from him. That recommendation was as good as gold.
The first time I went into Seacoast, Ryan took very good care of me and made sure that I had a very easy and low-pressure experience. I had already done some research on cars and the Mazda 3 was attractive to me. This initial appeal was enhanced by Ryan's presentation and by the sense of friendliness and ease of conversation that he engaged in. He truly wanted me to be happy with my experience. After the test drive and conversation with Ryan, my decision was easy.
Every time I went back to the dealership, Ryan made me feel welcome. When I went in for service on my birthday last year, he made sure I had a vehicle to use while waiting so I could take care of a couple of errands I needed to run so I wouldn't waste my day.
In our conversations, it came out that we were both interested in ice hockey. Born out of this was an invitation from Ryan to come to play with some guys he regularly skates with on Tuesday nights. This skate is now one of the highlights of my week during the cold months.
I recently decided I needed to replace my car with a small truck. Ryan helped me out with trading in my hatchback against a used Nissan Frontier he had on the lot and made the entire transaction painless and helped to keep me within my budget.
In short, every interaction I've had with this dealership has been fantastic. Ryan, in particular, has a wonderful sense of how to care for his customers and maintain relationships with them. This is a quality that is increasingly rare. This is how business should be done and I will continue to purchase vehicles from Ryan as well as recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

World class service on our Cayenne Turbo and Macan Turbo! - gcabbott
We had been having our cars serviced at Prime Porsche of Westwood for years. A problem arose with the Cayenne Turbo, and after three attempts, we were still having the same problem. One trip to Porsche of Stratham was all it took for them to correctly diagnose and fix the problem for once and for all.
Not to mention, Porsche of Stratham went out of their way to accommodate us, and made the process of dropping off and picking up our cars totally painless.
These people are the best!!
Great Suv - mariagrapp
I usually don't leave reviews but I purchased a mid size SUV at Route 111 auto sales in December and was pleasantly surprised. This was a pleasant experience with no pressure like most used car dealerships. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and all the cars come with a 1 year warranty and it does not cost extra!!! I will be sending everyone who asks here for their next vehicle.
Best customer service ever - Rissa

My Father came in to check out a New 2018 Chevy Silverado, and left a happy man with a guaranteed purchase and a satisfying price! The customer service from employee Ryan Hurst was amazing and every promise that was made was fulfilled. This dealership has gained the trust of our entire family and we WILL be returning in the future for our future auto needs.
All my friends will never buy a car from you now - castn
I knew that I should never have bought a car there when a man looking upset Suddenly yells, Don't buy a car from here they sell limits! I should have walked out..
It had a chip in the window that I didn't see upon buying it, That I didn't see because it was drizzling.... Fine I thought.. They sealed it. Immediately after that 6 hoses had to be changed. 5 months later it didn't even pass an inspection, Upon informing me that I needed a $1200 floorboard on the passenger side. I was expressing my frustration then!!!! As they were like a coulda happened, And I was like no it couldn't I have a garage....
It has been xxxx, Now the engine is dead... I still owe nearly 2000 on it. All they do is listen to you and act all concerned And then just do a sales thing. My credit isn't as good as when I went in that 1st time, As a CO signed a loan for my daughter... They get you hopeful that they will really Correct the situation, But it's the same old car dealer a lie....
Matty V it Key Auto - C1noyes
Matty V was a more than helpful salesman to myself and my fiancé during the entire car buying process. He went above and beyond to make my fiancé happy with her purchase. Helping from start to finish and even giving us both a few pointers on how to brush up on our credit.
My fiancé was a first time buyer, and to be honest, she was pretty timid at first. But with Matty’s sense of humor and friendly attitude, it didn’t take long for her to become comfortable. He made the entire experience unforgettable. His attitude is comfortably outgoing and funny, and the entire time he is making you feel as comfortable as possible with his humor, he still keeps his manner of professionalism about him.
He is a knowledgeable sales person and keeps it honest. We had a lot of questions from start to finish, and he answered all of them, with no issues.
At the end of just a couple of hours, we walked away with a like new, low mileage and low mpg, vehicle! Which is great for our travels and all the running around we do for our children!
There was one minor issue with the body, regarding the drivers side review plastic cover. As soon as it was brought to Matt’s attention, he went right to the shop and had them order the part to have it repaired! No time wasted.
We will both recommend Matty in the future and we will definitely be staying in touch with key auto of Newington NH.

Bought SL500 sight unseen and had car shipped - Nanettehamptons
Steve Paquette was responsive, helpful and transparent. I live out of state, Steve located shipping company to Transport car to eastern Long Island. Great experience.
Completely shady. Car was total junk - AngryMom
Bring your business elsewhere folks. This dealership, more precisely the owner Gary McGilvray, is the epitome of a smarmy car dealer. He's all about you when he wants your money (My purchase was a cash/trade-in combo) but the instant there is a problem....crickets. First of all, the car was.delivered to me with a dead empty gas tank and bad tires. When I test drove it I was only going maybe 35-40 mph so I didn't catch that the tires were SO BAD they made the whole car shake. I could barely hold onto the steering wheel. I called them on it and they replaced the front tires with more junk tires. One makes the car shake.and the other loses air and need a to be be inflated 2 to 3 times a week to keep it off the rim. Btw, the passed the original bad tires on the inspection. REALLY?!? 2 months after owning it I am driving and the muffler falls off, nearly causing an accident. I tried calling Gary at his NH and MA business locations multiple times and never received a call back. Shortly after lossing the muffler the check engine and airbag warning lights came on. Now it basically sits and gets moved around my parking lot or down the road to fill the tires every couple of days. I am afraid of putting my kids in an obviously unsafe car that they just slapped an inspection sticker on. Save your money and go to a better, more reputable dealer.
Awesome Dealersip!!! - Bdame
Bought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee there and couldn't ask for better service. The sales team was helpful and extremely friendly and the finance manager Micah made financing a breeze (even with my horrible credit). All in all I would buy there again and highly recommend them to everyone
Horrible - KimP
* (0 Stars) *I have never been one for writing reviews, however, I was profoundly disappointed at the lack of professionalism displayed by the team AND Rick the owner at Northeast Motors Inc in North Hampton, New Hampshire. Never in my life have I, or my significant other been more disrespected and mistreated by a group of people I was supposed to trust. Everything went well at the beginning of my purchase, despite having to pay for a costly inspection just to be told that a list of things needed to be fixed before I could take the car home to Maine. After leaving the car in New Hampshire for another week to have the parts put in and proper fluids changed, I finally got the car by driving back to New Hampshire. Skipping forward a week or two I noticed my coolant was abnormally low . . . and I just filled it the day before. . . this is when I called up the dealership, multiple times After being told I would be called back three days in a row. . it didn’t happen. So, once I finally called back a little more aggressively, I set a date for the following Friday ... Now, being a full-time college student and a part time nursing assistant, it is extremely difficult for me to find time to drive 2 hours to New Hampshire, and I had to call out of work just to get my coolant “checked” and be told it was fine. . . no one checked the coolant. After another day of spending $60+ on gas just to drive there and be told NOTHING, I went home.. and I was increasingly more upset. To spare the annoying details of calling back and forth and not getting a single answer, and wasting my time when I could be working or in school, skip ahead another week. At this point, I had spent nearly 150-200 just on gas to go back and forth because no one properly looked at my vehicle that was STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I had the right to be a little aggravated because I had to miss countless days of work that I couldn’t truly afford. After driving back to NH yet again, they finally looked under the car and realized, yes, something was wrong, but they didn’t value my opinion as the customer. My radiator had a hole in it and I had been driving it unaware for weeks. . . I looked at the car myself and I discovered the plastic bottom was filled with fluid. The part was ordered but no one cared to contact me when it came in, and the warranty ran out in just two days... I was running out of time to get the car fixed and they were hoping to get money from me when the warranty was no longer applicable. So, after calling and speaking with both an employee, and the owner Rick, I was told I had to pay for the radiator to be put in. I was broke and had already spent so much money driving there, the warranty SHOULD cover all repairs because I did not put a hole in the radiator in just 30 days . . . it was like that before I got it. At this point I was so emotionally drained that I could not speak on the phone without crying so I asked my significant other, who co-owns the vehicle with me, to call the dealership. Becoming more agitated himself, and I spoke my mind and was told by Rick to “shove the radiator up my xxx” and if I went there, I would be arrested. . . I was completely bewildered by the behavior of this man and he was now ignoring my calls. After contacting the North Hampton Police Department, I was told I had a trespassing warning on Northeast Motors, and if “I stepped on the property, I would be arrested.” I’m an 18-year-old FEMALE nursing student in college, what would I do to threaten them?? I did not verbally threaten them, I just questioned their judgment and became agitated because they were now ignoring my calls and refusing to put the radiator in. After speaking with the police, I was told they would send the radiator to the nearest AutoZone and I could never have contact with them again. I would never recommend this horrible dealership to anyone seeking a car. This was my first car and now I’m stuck with a car from a dealership that I can never contact again because of the trespassing warning.
My experience has been positive - Dave
I have purchased two used vehicles from C.J.'s.
Used vehicles, heck brand new vehicles, are all man made creations and therefore it may naturally be assumed that they are inferior from the start. Used vehicles, it should go without saying, will continuously need some sort of service and repair, pretty much ongoing. If you get yourself a vehicle that requires little maintenance each year, you can count your self very lucky! Maintenance free automobiles, are a rarity!
Most of the time I have brought my vehicles back to C.J.'s, and nearly always any issue I have had, has been remedied. Yes, once in awhile, an attempted fix made need a little more tweaking, but rarely.
As a person who has been on a very tight budget for a long time, I have always found the Proprietors at C.J'S, have been very helpful in giving me solutions and ideas that work within my budget. I am appreciative of that thoughtfulness on their part. Trust me, I have been royally screwed over in my lifetime, by Garages, Shops, and Mechanics, who took me for a sucker. I have spent sums of money I didn't need to. Yes, we all need to be careful who we deal with, yet I think if you are considering purchasing a vehicle or need to have your vehicle serviced after purchase, through C.J.'s, you should be fine. Act like a spaz, be an idiot, make absurd demands, swear and cuss, be impatient, be a snot nose, and be all defensive when such a posture is overkill, then expect bad service in return from anyone, let alone C.J's.
If you are one writing a negative review, and if you are a person telling others to steer clear of C.J.'s auto village, then I have to wonder just what sort of personality and psychology you present to all your fellow beings, that you encounter. Are you going into a relationship with this Dealership, looking for a fight? Do you have a nasty attitude going in, if so, then no wonder, you have a problem with this Dealership.
If you want a good experience, and act like a mature adult, I would bet you will have a decent experience, if you choose to transact with C.J.'S Auto Village. Business owners are human like yourselves. Yes, they choose to deal with the general public of humans by the nature of their business. What sort of person you are, to deal with, says it all, when it comes to the nature of the relationship or experience, you have at C.J.'s. As for myself, my experience has been primarily positive. I do not see any signage or commercials or anything that tells you, that this Dealership is going to treat you like a King or Queen, that you imagine yourself to be. Get real, you are simply a potential Customer. You will be granted a no frills transaction. Behave yourself and maybe you will EARN(not automatic) the status of a "Valued Customer", a mutual respect and understanding will then develop. Basic, right?
Crap! - Dant24
Alright, just want to behind with this company is going to BS you all the way, promise you everything up and down the wall, but when push comes to shove "all trucks make those noises". Do not buy from here, 4 months later I am replacing the motor in my 2010 Chevy Silverado I bought from them. The problem existed before I bought the truck but the performed a quick temporary fix to make the problem go away, and then sold the truck. 10,000 miles and 4 month later I have a collapsed lifter in 3 cylinders and I need a motor replacement. Please heed my warning. This place is going to screw you over, and never worry about it. Dont bother with them, unless you want to break down 50+ miles from home, then be my guest. Dont say you weren't warned.
GREAT TRUCK...COULDN'T BE HAPPIER - Joey2014
I recently needed to get a new truck, I didn't want to go through another winter in my current one. Being someone with "not so great credit" the process of shopping and getting the truck I want can be pretty tricky. I did some searching online and came across a bunch of nice trucks and called the dealership. The owner Bob answered and was really nice and told me about all the different trucks. I told him I had a credit problem and he let me know they specialize in finance and would be able to help . When I got there Bob greeted me and brought me out and had the truck I was interested in sitting near the door. He let me take it for a test drive by myself. I took it for a test drive and really liked it. I got back and expected the finance aspect of the sale to be difficult. Bob worked with me and helped me get a loan which was a lot better than I expected. I am really happy that I chose this dealership to go to. I got the truck I wanted and a loan better than I expected. I would and have already recommended this dealership to my friends.
