Brought my nieces in with me for an oil change and the family friendly staff were wonderful to them. They even gave the girls balloons because they were admiring the colored ones that were in their show room! Overall great atmosphere everytime since I leased one of their cars.

They don't jerk you around or pretend to know what they're talking about, they actually do know what they're talking about. They have your needs at the forefront and will offer extras but don't force them on you. I had a problem and they fixed it. (trunk wouldn't latch)I asked about tires and they quoted me several options and left it alone after I didn't show interest.

Everyone there is so nice! You feel like family while you're there! You can tell the genuinely enjoy working together because they laugh and joke with each other a lot! Not your typical stuffy car dealership!! I love my Rogue and I had a great time getting it!

My wife and I purchased a brand new 2008 Nissan Rogue from Somersworth Nissan. The transmission failed within 18 months and was replaced under warranty. Nissan Corp. issued a engineering bulletin identifying a design flaw shortly before or after the transmission failure. We received an extended warranty from Nissan Corp on the second transmission. The second transmission was replaced a couple years later so now the car is on its third transmission. The car recently (April 2018) began exhibiting similar symptoms and needs another transmission making this the fourth transmission in 10 years. Nissan Corp and Nissan of Somersworth (the dealership) has decided they will NOT cover the replacement of our transmission this time around. Let me ask you a question? How many vehicles have you owned that needed FOUR transmissions in a 10 yr period? It would see to me that either Nissan or the Somersworth Nissan (the dealership) would want to support a customer like ourselves who have purchased three Nissan vehicles in the past 10 yrs but NO they want us to pay to replace the transmission. This will be the last Nissan our family purchases ever.

We went here hoping to get a good deal on a car. These people were so rude, and wouldn't stop trying to make the sale just to get the money. We brought the car we were looking at to a mechanic, and came back stating there was rust. The salesmen continued to state that it's a "used car" and if they were to fix the issues it had, they would be selling it for a lot more money. They showed us the NADA value of the car, then crumpled it in our face.
We left without purchasing the car, only to be harassed via text message for TWO days about not buying the car from them. "Come pick this car up. No one here now can get you in and out if you want, closing tomorrow due to snow"
"The car is fine and best price within 200 miles, if its still here."
Two days later: "Do you want the car today?" "WE are selling the car as we speak I will let you know if he has credit."
These people have no sense of pleasing their customers, it's a wonder why they have such bad ratings on here. I don't typically go out of my way to post on these, but with such a bad experience I felt it necessary.

Paul Allen and Rick Green were both amazing, they got me into a vehicle that was right for me and my family and that also met my financial needs. I will go back to Lee when I'm in need of services or another vehicle. The process was well thought out and completely painless.
