I had an incident with a family pet that included transporting her to an out of town vet for special treatment - she is doing well and will be back to her self soon.
The car needed to be cleaned inside by a specialist. Not only did they take into consideration as to what needed to be clean and did a fantastic job, above and beyond what I expected - I was able to get an appointment asap.
Thank you CMM auto group recon department for a job well, done.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the sales as well as the service department since buying my vehicle from Varney Chevrolet in Pittsfield, in 2015.
Dependable, Friendly, Fast and Reasonable in Price - Equinox13
I have been dealing with Dutch Chevrolet for almost two decades, bought several cars there and had them also serviced. I never had a complaint. In short: almost a good reason to buy a car there is the service department. Thanks, David, Reggie and all the others! Greetings, Mark L.
Dishonest service department. - mikegiroux1959
We dropped off our Impala to have the rear defroster repaired under warranty. They called to tell us we needed new tires. The tires were only 1/2 worn out. we declined . Goodwins in retaliation for us declining to be ripped off.....cut our good inspection sticker in half. This all took place a week before Christmas.....Merry Christmas , from the low class service department , at Goodwins Chevrolet.

Went in for a 10:30 appt and was told it would be a couple hours before it could be seen STRIKE1. Asked them to make sure headlights were at right angle..didn't know what that meant .asked me if I wanted them raised or lowered. STRIKE 2 $30. Did a diagnosis of engine light coming on said I needed a thermostat $150 ...this is free at AutoZone. Wanted $500 to put a $50 thermostat in. STRIKE 3.
Out $150 for choosing QUIRK BANGOR.
Would not recommend them to anyone. CROOKS
General Manager - Tom Towle Rude!! - Carconsumer
Tom Towle was very rude and not empathetic when turning in a leased vehicle after the death of my mother. He threatened to drive the car back and park it at her residence and call it a repo. He didn’t even know his own companies policy regarding returning a lease after a death. He was as unhelpful and created an uncomfortable situation at the worst possible time. He should fired! Do NOT do business with this dealership. They only care about picking your pocket. Beware.
I needed transmission work done & the warrenty had... - unhappycustomer2222
I needed transmission work done & the warrenty had expired 437 miles ago, and no they wouldnt help me out & give me a break on the warrenty. . I understand if your warrenty expires at 100K than thats that, BUT i am sure this transmission problem had been going on for more than 437 miles. All my service has been done here over the last 3 years since i bought the car here . This is the last car i will buy from Emerson , and the last time i will go in for service. i will also tell everyoone i know about my expierence. Negitive news spreads alot faster that positive news in a situation like this. Thank you for nothing Emerson!
DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! - Faith Stevens
I bought a used car here 2 years ago. I was told it was a safe, reliable car, with great trade in value. I was also sold the extend warranty having been told, "if you have any problems with the car you bring it in and we fix it". A week later the car stalled. So, I brought it in. They said "there is nothing wrong with it" and charged me! Why am I paying for them not finding what's wrong!?! Since then it has stalled at least once a month. I brought it in last summer, this time I also pointed out a noise. So they "diagnosed it" and "nothing was wrong with it" and then charged me again!. Now, I tried to trade it in, turns out, not only was the "great trade in value" major BS, but they said something was so wrong with the engine they couldn't even take it! So I brought it back. They lied about me being able to use a loner first of all. But when they found what was making the noise (not what was making it stall), turned out it was a very serious problem and then they spent about 20 minutes covering their own butts saying that I never brought it in for diagnosis and when I got the state inspection done "the noise wasn't there". So they have lied the whole time and I can't WAIT to get rid of this car and not have to EVERY DEAL WITH FULLERS BEFORE!!!
