I have been a customer of Balise Chevrolet / GMC for many years. My recent acquisition of a 2018 GMC Acadia is likely the 12th vehicle I have bought / leased at this dealership over the past 25 years.
I have never been disappointed at Balise. All of my prior experiences were positive with the most recent, outstanding. Our Sales and Leasing Consultant, Mike Skurko, was professional, knowledgeable, knows his product well and made every attempt to answer our questions and provide options to make certain the vehicle we chose was the right vehicle for our needs. Not once did I get the impression Mikes top priority was to make a deal that we might have been dissatisfied with several days down the road. Mike and his support team represent Balise Chevrolet / GMC with the highest level of professionalism and customer service I think anyone might ask from a dealership.

I brought my Cadillac in for service, and instead got scammed. The price that was quoted, and agreed upon was raised by a significant amount, after they performed the service, without consulting me. After 30 minutes of trying to resolve the dispute, i gave up, and requested my keys. After another 45 minutes of begging my keys were finally returned. I was threatened with arrest, and the police were actually called. Allegedly I could have been charged with "theft of service" for paying only 90% of what they demanded, which was already more than the quote i agreed to. In the end i paid the full amount. Still it is disgusting instead of treating the situation with respect, I was treated like a criminal. Whether these people believed i was right, or wrong is irrelevant. There is no reason to treat a customer so horribly.

we just purchased a 2017 buick encore traded a 2017 gmc terrain bought from another dealer which was nightmare from the start. Anyway could not stand the terrain left bad taste in mouth so we decided I wanted a Buick encore to begin with my husband said it was to small so ended up with terrain drove for 6 months and now am a proud owner of a 2017 Buick encore. We were tough on the trading and pricing due to our previous experience with 2017 GMC but in the end after exactly a week of beginning negotiating purchase of new encore they were very tolerable and patient with all our questions and corrected anything not agreed upon without question. Very pleased and satisfied with the overall transaction will do business with them in the future.
