Muhamed made our putchase so easy! No pressure and took his time with everyday! Took about 2 hours to complete everything! Great sales service! I was purchasing my daughters first car and he took the time to show us the different toyota’s that there were that she was looking for until we found one that she liked. He completed all the paper work efficiently & we came back the next day for the car cleaned in perfect condition. Overall, from the night we walked in we were greated very nicely from the lady at the front desk and provided with further assistance. Will definitely recommend this dealer to all friends looking to purchase a car because of the fact that you are not being pressured to buy a car but they take the time to meet your needs.

I have so many positive things to say about my experience here, especially after being treated unfairly at another unrelated dealership. I'll start at the beginning, I first started looking for a car because the transmission went in my previous one so it was unexpected that I would have to look for a new car in the middle of a semester at school & during the holidays. I tried going to the Toyota dealership in Auburn looking for a RAV4 or a Honda CRV in my price range and met Marque, unfortunately at the time they didn't have anything available but kept in touch in emails if anything came up. He honestly let me know that there was one that was a possibility but turned out to be unsafe to drive. So the search continued.
After a couple weeks, I looked at their website again and saw that there were a few cars that I would be interested in and reached out to Marque. Again, he helped me and researched all the possible cars all over New England that would be exactly what I asked for, but they sadly all kept coming up as on hold for other customers. 5 or 6 failed attempts later, and there was finally something available, but was in service when I came to check in. Determined, Marque was able to find one CRV that was available on the spot in the next town over, and rather than waiting and risking someone else buying it the next day, because they were literally going fast, he ended up driving me over to the other Toyota dealership so that I could test drive/bring the car back to Auburn so that I could have first dibs. FINALLY after searching for two months because my 2004 Ford Escape died, I had found the perfect car that was exactly what I could afford to spend on a car, a 2009 Honda CRV with awesome features too. Marque went above and beyond what I expected and made the entire process easy and painless. Given all the unique situations that came up, it was an amazing experience and I have been telling everyone!
I would also like to add that the whole building was under major renovations and every single staff member working there had adapted to the situation amazingly. They were sharing workspaces, using makeshift desk areas, running messages back and forth because the intercoms weren't working yet, using space heaters where needed, and just generally working well as a team through an otherwise difficult situation. It was obvious that they were making the best of it. Also, any time I came in and was waiting around, every staff member kindly asked if I was being taken care of. The customer service from not only Marque, but also Matt, and all the other members who helped with every step of the sale was above expectations! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

2018 Tundra and how Jerzy made it mine - KRULE1
In my search to upgrade/ replace my 2008 Tundra, I stopped by Lia Toyota of Northampton to look at a Crewmax Tundra that they had in the showroom. I was greeted by Jerzy with a smile and a handshake. He showed me around the truck in the showroom then we talked about what I was looking for. I was really just doing my homework and wasn't ready to make a purchase at that time. I returned about a month later to have my wife check out the truck. Jerzy was there, and he had been doing his homework in anticipation of my return. He had a few vehicles in the color i was looking for. I decided on the one I was interested in , and because I didn't have my truck for them to evaluate for a trade, I returned a few days later. After some negotiation, we settled on the numbers. Jerzy is very knows about the cars he sells. I can tell he studies so he can pass it along to the consumer. He made my purchase a pleasant experience. It probably won't be another 10 years until I purchase another Tundra, I can only hope Jerzy will still be working at Lia. I would recommend Jerzy and Lia to any of my friends. I'm sure he will give them the same effort he gave me to make it the best new vehicle purchase I have had.

After several unsatisfying forays to other area dealers I had a super experience with a no "sillyness" deal on a beautiful 2017 Tacoma 4X4. Finally scored the elusive stick shift. Ended up with more do-da's than I would normally want, but it was all part of the deal. Thank you Tee! Thank you Dana for making the finance part doable and reasonable.

We were told by the sales guy that the lease termination fee would be covered if we bought another car from hoffman Toyota. It clearly wasn’t and haven’t heard anything back from Hoffman ownership. We just got the fee in the mail from Toyota for $350. We just want it taken care of. We were also told that the remaining lease payments would be taken care of but they didn’t cover them all. I had to call in and get that fixed a few months back which hurt my wife’s credit as they didn’t make the last payment. My family buys a ton of cars from hoffman but I think that’s going to change.

I visited some other Toyota dealers in CT and they were terrible. High pressure sales practice looking to lock you in to sub-par deal. I explained that I had this experience to Eddie at Toyota. He didn't ask me what their numbers were, he just asked for a chance to quote. Of course, what did I have to lose. Well, I've been in the old dealership under previous management called "Branch" and they were thieves, but my ultimate first goal was to just get a good deal on paper to beat up other dealers with. The next thing I know, this guy comes in $2k less than the other guys were asking. No pressure whatsoever. I don't have all day to screw around with car dealers. I bought the car on the spot. Had lunch. Drove home with it. Eddie was totally awesome. No high pressure anything. No BS. Really easy. I would highly recommend.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - Katie T
This is the worst dealership for service and customer service. From the receptionist in service to the mechanics to Mike Lynch himself. l brought my car in for an oil change and they never even told me that my cabin air filter was “in the red” when l called to inquire Stephanie the receptionist transferred me to a voicemail of someone that had nothing to do with lt. Kevin the service manager couldn’t even offer me anything for the inconvenience of having to come back in. Bonnie who is Kevin’s boss never responded to my complaint email and Mike Lynch the owner said he needed to look into the awful customer service given by the 5 different people l dealt with and then never even called me back. To top lt off o received an email stating that their goal was great customer service etc. Anyone that buys a car here is crazy. After this experience l will spend the rest of my life making sure people know how they treat customers that have been loyal to them for the past 15 years!!!

Terrible Experience - Shady Sales & No Honesty - Ramrock212002
Would never go back. Spent three hours talking with Ray and when I started asking about price, he said, "I don't do that. You talk to the finance guy when you go in the room." Finally got into the room and that guy thought we'd already made a deal. More waiting while they go find the sales manager. We agree on a price, shake on it, start filling out paperwork and he comes back into the room and says, "I'm sorry, I just can't do that price." We'd already agreed and started the paperwork! He apologized and said he'd be happy to sell me one model lower for the price we agreed to. I agreed to a nicer car at this price, why on Earth would I accept a lower model for the same price?? He asked if he could call me later to talk about another car and I told him he could (why not, never hurts to hear what they have to say), but he never called. Total waste of my time and absolutely no credibility, accountability or morals. If you want the stereotypical "shady car salesman," this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
They refused to listen to a noise my car was making - Ripped off by greentree
I went to this dealership because my car was making a gurgling noise and when I did they replaced the transmission computer but the car came back with two more prominent noises and when I went back They said they couldn't hear anything , so I said can I take ur guy for a ride like I did the first time I showed them them the noise.
(I had to show them the noise because they could hear the noise) so I made appt went back and they said we can't find a noise I said can I take ur guy again and show him? And she said.no he is busy..I couldn't believe my ears!!! I Am their customer standing there willingly wanting to show her the problem and she said no to me I totally couldn't believe it...The service lady Jessica then texted me and asked me to take my vehicle somewhere else for servicing!! I truly believe it did not need the transmission computer and they did it for the money from the warranty and caused two more noises but I don't know that for sure all I can say is who tells the customer know you can't show me what's wrong? And please don't come back not good business!!!
