Just took delivery of my 2018 Toyota RAV4 and could not of had a better experience! Working with Issa Naalbandyan was excellent! He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the vehicle - I would recommend him to anyone! With the help of Sam Tetreau, Tomi Tsitsos, Christopher Stockert and Dyan Hoang, I was able to be in and out of the dealership in less then two hours and take delivery of my vehicle the very next day! I would highly recommend this staff to anyone who is not only looking to get a new vehicle, but also have a great experience while doing so.

Do not buy a car here! I got ripped off and two weeks later my engine light came on and they didn't want to do anything about it. And the price to get it fixed is over 1,200! I am very displeased with Toyota.

Ive been a customer for years and always been happy with service until I had to deal with Kevin Fitzgerald. I took my truck in to get frame replaced and it was one thing after another. First Kevin calls to reccomend a few repairs that should be done which I agreed to, he said no problem everything would be done by end o of day. I stop by the next day after dropping off rental and getting shuttle over just for a service employee to tell me my truck wont be ready for a few more days.
When I finally got my truck back I noticed that the shifter was very loose and slipping into neutral. I contacted Kevin and he said to bring it in. When I brought it to Lynch Kevin kept telling me they didnt have to touch this area of the truck and they were not responsible for anything that is occuring. After arguing with this guy he finally agreed to fix it but they would need to take apart the shifter and see what is going on.
After picking up my truck once again the shifter slipage was fixed by now none of yhe geara illuminate. I called kevin again but didnt hear back for over a week from anotherserviced coordinator he pawned the problem on. They said to bring in the truck and they would fix it no problem.
I go in ready to finally get this over with and they say once again that they are not reaponsible and never had to go into that area( which they needed to previously to diagnose problem) and that it isprobobly a light bulb that needs replaced . They could take a look but they would charge me 180 bucks.
It was at this point when I took my truck back and to a trusted mechanic to find out they have caused a lot more damage than just a light bulb.
I would advise anyone having any issues with this place especially with frame replacement to contact Toyota directly and make them aware as well as BBB and consumer reports.

I would look elsewhere for repairs to your vehicle. If there is any issue whatsoever, they will not take ownership of their wrongdoing and accuse you of setting them up. After taking my truck to get aligned it left in worse condition than it showed up. The tech, Advisors, or even the General Manager would not own up to their mistake and wouldn't do anything about it. Over an $80 alignment that didn't actually align my truck, nor a $100 axle. Discovering an issue after my truck was "aligned" I brought it up with my service advisor and he was very quick to blame me for the issue, lying about the tech utilizing heat to free a tie rod during the alignment, I can only imagine wasn't paying attention and melted my axle boot which was directly behind the tie rod. After I noticed fresh axle grease all over the right side of my truck, the SA also said "The tech noticed it before" but not only was it not brought to my attention, I wasn't even recommended a fix, or solution for what would be a freshly torn axle boot that the Tech would have undoubtedly brought up because it would have been virtually dripping as he performed the alignment. There was no multipoint inspection performed despite my invoice stating it did, and then another employee chimed in stating that they put that on every invoice whether or not they are performed. The GM then told me "This sounds like a setup, I'm done talking to you." Being a service member I really don't have time to scam a dealership out of an axle and a free misalignment. Especially after trying to cover my own xxx, and over a <$200.00 part. I'm incredibly disappointed that from top to bottom they aren't truthful about their practices and won't alleviate the issue to make it right. My brief experience has proven to me that I have no faith in the service department, or management to do the right thing or tell the truth about something so insignificant.

Would never go back. Spent three hours talking with Ray and when I started asking about price, he said, "I don't do that. You talk to the finance guy when you go in the room." Finally got into the room and that guy thought we'd already made a deal. More waiting while they go find the sales manager. We agree on a price, shake on it, start filling out paperwork and he comes back into the room and says, "I'm sorry, I just can't do that price." We'd already agreed and started the paperwork! He apologized and said he'd be happy to sell me one model lower for the price we agreed to. I agreed to a nicer car at this price, why on Earth would I accept a lower model for the same price?? He asked if he could call me later to talk about another car and I told him he could (why not, never hurts to hear what they have to say), but he never called. Total waste of my time and absolutely no credibility, accountability or morals. If you want the stereotypical "shady car salesman," this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
They refused to listen to a noise my car was making - Ripped off by greentree
I went to this dealership because my car was making a gurgling noise and when I did they replaced the transmission computer but the car came back with two more prominent noises and when I went back They said they couldn't hear anything , so I said can I take ur guy for a ride like I did the first time I showed them them the noise.
(I had to show them the noise because they could hear the noise) so I made appt went back and they said we can't find a noise I said can I take ur guy again and show him? And she said.no he is busy..I couldn't believe my ears!!! I Am their customer standing there willingly wanting to show her the problem and she said no to me I totally couldn't believe it...The service lady Jessica then texted me and asked me to take my vehicle somewhere else for servicing!! I truly believe it did not need the transmission computer and they did it for the money from the warranty and caused two more noises but I don't know that for sure all I can say is who tells the customer know you can't show me what's wrong? And please don't come back not good business!!!
