Screwed up brakes - CHUCK28M
I realize that my 2002 pickup has issues in regards to rust. Had the brakes completely redone (I thought)
Cost was 4800. Drive about 50 miles and had a complete brake failure. Barely made it back to the dealer and was told they didn't replace the lines just everything else. Wasnt pleased Lines were completely compromised.
Was told they had to order the parts and had to wait and it was a six hour job. Parts came in wasn't done that day was told the tech was coming in on Saturday to finish that didn't happen either. Finally got the truck on Tuesday. Was charged for parts only.
When I did go that night to pick it up from sales Dept
Vehicle was not secured. Overall not a great experience but will be back.

Warm feeling! - Baysailer
I went to Imperial Chevrolet for an oil change on my Malibu. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in and made me feel very welcome. The waiting area was very comfortable, and they took care of me in a timely manner.
The best of service from Paul Taylor and Dan Densmore. - Rachel Sherman
Dan Densmore took responsibility for the attempted repair of my 16 year old (beloved) car. He made extreme efforts in multiple ways, to no avail. He was sympathetic to my tears, but provided a positive note in directing me personally to a salesperson (Paul Taylor) who would understand my distress, tolerate my tears at losing the car I loved, and help me to move on to a car that I am learning to accept...an attractive, good car, feels good to drive.
Both Dan and Paul put out far more than normally necessary, to help me, to feel comfortable with moving on, and to trust them in our interactions. I am deeply grateful for their kindness in accepting my sadness on the loss of the car I so loved, but to be positive in moving on.
I will be back to Premier as long as I live, and members of my family will be bringing their cars for regular service as well.
Two Great Experiences - catherinecatherine
I can't say enough wonderful things about Colonial Chevy in Acton. A year ago I had what might be described as a flawless purchase of my vehicle here. More recently I worked with the body shop. My car had some minor paint damage. Jen T. was easy to work with. She arranged the paint repair, which was completed faster than I ever anticipated it might be, the price was more reasonable than I could have hoped for, and best of all my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened.
Great experience - Don Bozzuto
When entering I'm greated and I feel welcome. I like being greeted by my first name and they know that and they do it. Always explained what service was preformed and why. I drive a Ford and I come to this dealership.

Always the best customer service! - A.Bushey
When we first came to the area we didn't know where to go for car service, or who we could trust to do an excellent job, be honest, and not overcharge for service and repairs. We decided to go to Salvadore Chevy because my Cruze was still covered under the protection plan. It only took one time for us to realize that the Salvadore team is professional, personable, honest and very accommodating. I have never been one to trust dealerships; they are usually just trying to get you to upgrade to a newer model, charging you outrageous prices for services and repairs, or telling you things need to be fixed when they really don't. Salvadore Chevy is completely different from that stereotype. They have never once tried to pressure me into fixing something that didn't need fixing.
In addition, all of their staff is wonderful to deal with. I usually call Rich Bachelder because he is one of the first staff members I ever worked with. He is awesome to deal with; always pleasant and always calls back right away. We have also worked with Mike Wing who is absolutely amazing! Really, the whole service team is fantastic! Everyone is so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have been using Salvadore Chevy for about 5 years now for all of our 3 vehicles and we have never been disappointed by the service. We highly recommend Salvadore Chevy for all of your car service needs! They are a dealership you can really trust to fix your car and do an excellent job.
Service Department - captiva2013
The "engine" light went on in my car. I called and spoke with Josh Claflin and my service needs were addressed immediately. A car loaned to me so I was not inconvenienced. The repair was done that day and I was able to pick it up that afternoon.
Quick efficient service - Peter
All the services that I had scheduled for my vehicle were performed efficiently and in a timely fashion the customer servicethat was provided was outstanding
Quality not good - Ouch
Poor quality work combined with horrible customer service. When I went to show the body shop manager the defects he started to argue with me and deny my observation. He made me extremely dissapointed. Don't use these guys!
Horrible experience - Miles29
Worse dealership around. Sales is more shady than normal and service is absolutely terrible. Brought my truck there 7 times for a warranty issue and every time they tell me that it’s normal. They will find every excuse to not fix a warranty issue. If your spending your own money out of warranty, they will quickly find the issue. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Customer Service Second to None - Chuck Pingeton
Since 1992, my service dept. experiences with Cargill Chevrolet have been second to none. Key service personnel are still in place 25 years on. They earned my confidence and loyalty many years ago.
Terrible Customer Service from Service Dept - MM
The gentleman couldn't understand why I was questioning the fact that we were not given nor offered a loaner car for our NEW VEHICLE. Chris said where was I coming from and hung up on me. When I tried to call the Manager of the service dept numerous times to complain I got no answer. I would never buy another car there again
Cheats tried to charge me $625 to program (5) GMC remotes - Read before you sign!!
Cheats tried to charge me $625 to program (5) factory GMC keyless remote fobs (one hour labor for each remote).
I stopped in on a Friday to schedule an appointment for a couple factory recall repairs on my GMC Sierra and at the same time I asked for an estimate to program (5) additional keyless remotes which I already had. The service advisor I spoke to on Friday stated a half an hour labor to program all 5 remote (which I specifically asked "for one or all 5" which he verified as all 5 after he confirmed with a service manager). On the following Monday I returned and this time spoke to a different advisor who questioned as to where I had obtained the keyless remote fobs I wanted programmed and he got a real attitude when I told him I purchased them on the internet. He spoke to someone in an office behind the counter and proceeded to print out an estimate which he presented for me to sign which I immediately noticed the $625 estimate for programming the remotes which I was previously quoted like $62. I told him that I would not agree to that amount, told him to give me back my keys and left without have anything done.
I then went to Scranton Motors and had the warranty items taken care of and they programmed the (5) keyless remote fobs for $69.99.
Great service - William J Montgomery
I have never had a bad experiences with balise
Service department. The service people are very nice and always looking to help out by saving money on repairs with my vehicle every time I have my car service.
incompetant service techs/reps/center - unhappy McGee victim
Brought 05 corvette in due to "No Fob Detected" message on DIC. Prior to going to dealership I was able to start car according to owners manual instructions. Initially the issue started when the car would not start. I read owners manual and it states to insert key into area in glove box. I did that and car started. thought the key fob needed a new battery so I replaced it. Afterwards the car would no longer start with fob out or in glove box area. ordered new fob on line. received new fob and attempted to program it according to owners manual. at the end of the 30 minuets reprogram the DIC still read "No Fob Detected" and the car would not start. No Accessory features would work either. Disconnected battery for an hour, reconnected and still "No Fob Detected". attempted to jump car as I read in some forums that may work. Still no luck. with only the new fob in my pocket I sat in car and ignition light came on. would not start when press however it did start when I placed it in glove box area. Once running I brought it to McGee's. I explained the issue clearly to the service rep ( Cassie) and left a contact number. I was contacted by Cassie and told the Tech stated it was the alternator. $690.00 to replace. I was assured this was the issue after inquiring as it didn't seem right to me. I was told I'd be notified when done. Day 2 no notification, called them and told he was finishing up. waited an hour and called back and told it was done. I asked if it was starting properly and if both fobs were working. She reply yes. Go to McGee's to pick up car and paperwork is with cashier however I was at service rep desk. asked for key and fobs and was given only one fob and key. I asked where the other fob was and told it was no good . They told me it sent the car into "theft mode" . NO where in the owners manual is a reference to a "Theft Mode" (BS) I Took the key and fob and went to car and was unable to get in as fob did not work at all. Returned to service and they had tech come out to try. He was also unable to get in car. I instructed him to use manual door releases located in the hatch, which is assessable with the key. He did not know what I was talking about. he did find it and opened the door with the alarm going off. then he attempted to start car but no such luck. car would not start. ISSUE NOT RESOLVED. I was informed that the alternator repair will help avoid issues with it DOWN THE ROAD. Like I care down the road? $690.00 without tax for an issue that I might have DOWN THE ROAD? The current issue remains unfixed! Seriously! $690.00???? NO FIX!! So MR Tech states he look at it again but not charge me a diagnostic fee. WHAT? Didn't he already charge me that and xxxx me for a unneeded alternator. Car still there was now told that the door module needs replacing. $390.00. I again voice my concerns that it is the ignition not the door. I was told curtly that they have their corvette tech working on it and is sure this is the issue. I'm doubtful. I'll see tomorrow. Stay tuned.
Don't trust their multi point inspection - J.Young503
I'm wondering if they really inspect what they say they do. Brought in my 14 Silverado for its 2 year plan maintenance, oil change and multipoint inspection. Got my my multi point inspection back... Everything looks good all green check marks. This would be all good except for the fact that my transfer case had started (again) leaking before I brought it in for this appointment. What's with theses dealership service centers in western MA?? Be careful bringing your vehicle here.
Poor Customer Service!!! - kaylapercy14
I had recently had an issue with my 2014 Cruze and had to have it towed to Diamond on Thursday. They returned my car to me same day saying it was the negative battery cable (which is a common issue for the Cruze). Only a few hours later, my car started acting the same way it did before it was brought there so I brought it back. Next day, Friday, they looked at it again and replaced the battery. Josh called me up and assured me that my issue was resolved. Sure enough, Saturday morning it was still having issues. I called both Josh and the General Manager, leaving messages to both of them requesting they call me back. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard from either of them! I brought my car to a different Chevrolet dealership and they were able to diagnose the issue within a day. Considering I work at a different car dealership myself, I know what the process is and what kind of service I should be receiving and I was VERY dissatisfied! I would NOT recommend this service department to anyone...
