Overall, everyone at the dealership was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Walking around the showroom floor was enjoyable and informative, with several models and information displays available to foster the buying process. Particularly impressive was my Sales Representative, Mark Jama, who was in frequent touch with me 3-4 months prior to my former lease (2015 Toyota Rav4) expiration, who tactfully and non-annoyingly kept apprising me of upcoming sales promotions and early lease buyout options. Moreover, when I was finally ready to terminate my lease, Mark was so incredibly helpful as we exchanged numerous Q+A e-mails prior to my dealership visit, including the unsolicited forwarding from him of the 2018 Toyota 4Runner sales brochure electronically in order to educate me completely about the car and answer any and all of my questions in advance of our initial meeting. Above all else, Mark quoted me a price very early on in the process, which not only coincided within the Truecar estimate that I received, but up until the consummation of the deal the price he originally quoted me didn't change even one dollar for a fully option-equipped SR5 4Runner Premium package. There was never any bait and switch or high pressure attempts by Mark to charge more or sell me additional options or packages that I was not interested in. To be perfectly honest, I was stunned by how much I traded up in price/value, with only a nominal increase (about $5) in my lease payment, which, BTW also included a partial month lease buyout, a waiver of the prior lease termination fee, and a couple of accessory throw-ins! All-in-all, I couldn't have been treated any better or felt any better about a deal than what Mark put on the table for me, as he remained completely up-front and honest throughout the process and acted professionally at all times. I'll definitely be back to see Mark when my 4Runner lease expires in three years - thanks again for everything Mark!

I checked out Hartford Toyota after visiting another dealership I had done business with in the past, because my previous dealership I felt pressured and they were not listening to what my needs and wants were. At Hartford Toyota, in particular with Thisady Khongdy, I honestly felt they listened to me and did not pressure me into something I was not going to be 100% satisfied with. Car shopping is stressful enough as it is, Hartford Toyota took all the pressure off from the sales front and let me take the time I needed. I would highly recommend Hartford Toyota to all my friends and family and I actually look forward to buying a car from them in the future.

We were told by the sales guy that the lease termination fee would be covered if we bought another car from hoffman Toyota. It clearly wasn’t and haven’t heard anything back from Hoffman ownership. We just got the fee in the mail from Toyota for $350. We just want it taken care of. We were also told that the remaining lease payments would be taken care of but they didn’t cover them all. I had to call in and get that fixed a few months back which hurt my wife’s credit as they didn’t make the last payment. My family buys a ton of cars from hoffman but I think that’s going to change.

I should have known from the purchase there was some discussion but we got past that but then there are little things that added up. When I ask how much something like a scheduled maintenance would cost I would expect it to be the total cost when time to pay the price had changed and the answer I was given" the price quoted was material not including labor" well then that's not what it cost. And now this week I get a late charge in mail from DMV Emissions I call them and explain I just purchased car 6 months ago and agents response was "a reputable dealer would have had emissions done before releasing the vehicle I should contact them and they would probably p take care of emissions and late charge" well not this one the managers voice mail goes right to a full mail box the receptionist not enthused when asked if he's there and message and phone # taken but 3 days now and no call? I took care of it but led me to this. so would I by Toyota? Yes, from them "no!"

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - Katie T
This is the worst dealership for service and customer service. From the receptionist in service to the mechanics to Mike Lynch himself. l brought my car in for an oil change and they never even told me that my cabin air filter was “in the red” when l called to inquire Stephanie the receptionist transferred me to a voicemail of someone that had nothing to do with lt. Kevin the service manager couldn’t even offer me anything for the inconvenience of having to come back in. Bonnie who is Kevin’s boss never responded to my complaint email and Mike Lynch the owner said he needed to look into the awful customer service given by the 5 different people l dealt with and then never even called me back. To top lt off o received an email stating that their goal was great customer service etc. Anyone that buys a car here is crazy. After this experience l will spend the rest of my life making sure people know how they treat customers that have been loyal to them for the past 15 years!!!

Terrible Experience - Shady Sales & No Honesty - Ramrock212002
Would never go back. Spent three hours talking with Ray and when I started asking about price, he said, "I don't do that. You talk to the finance guy when you go in the room." Finally got into the room and that guy thought we'd already made a deal. More waiting while they go find the sales manager. We agree on a price, shake on it, start filling out paperwork and he comes back into the room and says, "I'm sorry, I just can't do that price." We'd already agreed and started the paperwork! He apologized and said he'd be happy to sell me one model lower for the price we agreed to. I agreed to a nicer car at this price, why on Earth would I accept a lower model for the same price?? He asked if he could call me later to talk about another car and I told him he could (why not, never hurts to hear what they have to say), but he never called. Total waste of my time and absolutely no credibility, accountability or morals. If you want the stereotypical "shady car salesman," this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
They refused to listen to a noise my car was making - Ripped off by greentree
I went to this dealership because my car was making a gurgling noise and when I did they replaced the transmission computer but the car came back with two more prominent noises and when I went back They said they couldn't hear anything , so I said can I take ur guy for a ride like I did the first time I showed them them the noise.
(I had to show them the noise because they could hear the noise) so I made appt went back and they said we can't find a noise I said can I take ur guy again and show him? And she said.no he is busy..I couldn't believe my ears!!! I Am their customer standing there willingly wanting to show her the problem and she said no to me I totally couldn't believe it...The service lady Jessica then texted me and asked me to take my vehicle somewhere else for servicing!! I truly believe it did not need the transmission computer and they did it for the money from the warranty and caused two more noises but I don't know that for sure all I can say is who tells the customer know you can't show me what's wrong? And please don't come back not good business!!!
